Tetiana Dunaievska — Founder of the KIT Academy, ICF Business and Life Coach, Expert in Emotional Development.
Tetiana, you have created an interesting method called “Managing Happiness on the Level of Feelings.” What is happiness to you, and how can it be managed?
Happiness is not a coincidence and not a reward. It is a state that can be consciously created. Every day we manage many processes — business, time, tasks — but the most important management in life is the management of our inner state. Because it determines everything: decisions, relationships, success, health, and how we perceive this world.
My approach, “Managing Happiness on the Level of Feelings,” is based on a simple but profound idea: to change your life, you must learn to manage your emotions. When a person understands what they feel and can choose their inner state, they stop depending on circumstances. Then lightness, inspiration, and real energy to live appear.

Happiness is not an abstraction, but specific manifestations:
Happiness is a morning filled with gratitude.
Happiness is living under a peaceful sky and feeling safe.
Happiness is being near those you love and knowing that you are needed.
Happiness is work that inspires and a path that has meaning.
Happiness is the ability to dream and turn dreams into results.
Happiness is an inner balance between action and feeling.
Happiness is a life that is full, conscious, and real.
Tetiana, why does the path to happiness begin with awareness?
I have been working with people for more than twenty years — in coaching, business, leadership, and education. I have seen hundreds of stories where a person lost everything — energy, inspiration, confidence. And each time, it all began only with returning to oneself. When a person learns to understand what is happening to them and to accept their feelings, they begin to live with a new quality. This is the path of conscious happiness.

What unites your clients, despite their different countries, professions, and goals?
My clients are strong, intelligent, modern people who want more: inner peace, freedom, inspiration, confidence.
They come not because “something is wrong,” but because they want to create their future not from problems, but from abundance. They are ready to live deeper, more consciously, more joyfully.
My clients truly come from different countries and professions. Some start a business, some find a new purpose, some restore relationships or regain the joy of life after difficult events. I often work with people who have fled from war or live in war, because I myself have twice experienced war and twice left with small children.
Each story of my clients is proof that by managing feelings, we manage the direction of our lives.
Many begin to earn more, create projects they once dreamed of, move, build businesses, start traveling, or simply learn to feel the taste of life again. People simply begin to look at life differently, after losing everything in this life.
How did you come to understand that happiness is not an emotion, but a choice we make every day?
I live to remind people of the power that already exists within them. I realized long ago that my life’s mission is inspiration — my goal is to bring inspiration into the world and to show people that it is possible to manage happiness and one’s own state.
Every day I make a choice — to be in love, not in fear.
To listen, not to rush.
To create, not to fight.
For me, happiness is not a result, but a state that can be cultivated step by step. It begins with something simple: with trusting yourself and honestly answering the question — “What do I feel right now?”
What would you like to remind people about happiness if thousands of people could hear you right now?
Allow yourself to live consciously.
Smile, even when the day seems difficult. Call your parents and children, hug those you love more often. Dream boldly, because dreams are the language of your soul. Do not forget about passion. And let go of attachments. And love what you have already chosen and created in your life.

Remember: happiness does not need to be sought — you have already found it. You just need to live it. Live it in every breath, in every day, in every “thank you.” It lives inside you and is manifested in everything you create and do not create. It is from your state that the path to a better future begins.
