This designation underscores FPT Software’s dedication to cultivating a workplace environment that emphasizes employee growth, diversity, and well-being.
According to an independent analysis by Great Place to Work, the firm achieved certification with an employee satisfaction rate of 81%. This analysis was based on five key factors in building a workplace culture: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
Đỗ Trần Anh Vũ, CEO of FPT Software Philippines, said that receiving this certification proofs the company’s dedication, teamwork, and daily progress.
“For many years, we have chosen ‘Happiness’ as the key theme in all actions and events for our staff. Achieving the Great Place to Work certification is proof of our dedication, teamwork, and daily progress. This certification once again underscores our company’s commitment to putting employees at the center and creating a happy work environment. It is also one of the criteria for attracting tech talent in the Philippines,” said Đỗ.
