The intent of this publication is to hold those accountable who have attacked the reputation of Isaiah Wallace and continue daily to violate his constitutional rights to privacy and digital privacy; and to hold those operating outside of the law accountable for breaking it and make their names known. These crimes represents defending our constitutional rights in this country, and we firmly believe that using defamatory speech and illegitimate concern to gain access to someone’s life and to gain cooperation from their family and peers is a crime in itself, and is not how any legitimate investigation should be approached. The perpetrators in this series of true events wanted access to Isaiah Wallace’s life and peers cooperation, without going through any of the proper channels that are supposed to be addressed, and to shortcut and bypass these checks and balances. To do this the group created a series of false concerns that would raise anyone’s eyebrows, to gain the public’s cooperation and silence on this matter, hoping Isaiah Wallace would not find out what was happening all around him. In reality the group just wanted to check Isaiah Wallace and the Wallace family’s pockets and personal information off of a pure hunch, and jealous conspiracies, of which they had no evidence or reason to believe. So because they knew they had none of the real evidence that would be needed to carry out an investigation like this, they created defamatory lies so that anyone who stood in their way, looked like they were defending a criminal. This is the epitome of breaking the law and weaponizing un-factchecked conspiracies to someone’s advantage.
This publication involves the following crimes and unwarranted violations to Isaiah Wallace, a born and raised American Citizen’s privacy: Defamation, Slander, Stalking (a class 2 misdemeanor in all 50 states), cyber crime, and verbal threats to my life to scare my family into cooperation. This case has turned into a sick and constant game in the eye of the public, but started with events as serious as threats of taking his life in the summer of 2024, claiming that he was lucky that the truth came out or he might’ve been shot for crimes he never committed, and that this execution would’ve been conducted by independent citizens. Later, acting as if they did him a favor by not killing me in cold blood, based on completely fabricated lies. This would be murder and should be noted, to show how outside of the law this group has been acting.
The individuals listed below are not the only ones responsible for allowing this to continue, as many of them had local law enforcement friends and connections that they abused to allow them to break the law and carry out this illegal harassment, framing Isaiah as a criminal who needed to be taught a lesson to local PD, regarding crimes he never committed. However, the listed parties are responsible for organizing and leading this group, and using their connections to make it all possible, as well as the calculated and continued slander of his name when transferring schools to another state. You will come to learn in this case that unfortunately literally hundreds of people from the state of Tennessee (Chattanooga & Nashville) and now Tulsa, Oklahkma became aware of this situation, and they spread these defamatory lies like wildfire through the local and religious communities making participation in this stalking, harassment, and slander a popular topic of the local public to join in. The guilty parties were hoping that the mass spreading of these defamatory lies would shield them from accountability, but this will ultimately be their own demise, as because of this, there will be no shortage of witnesses required to testify the truth of what they were told, under laws of perjury, if this escalates to trial. This went from a crime of defamation and prying into things that are not anyone’s constitutional right to know without warrant, to a pure crime of hatred and frustration with Isaiah for calling out their lies and crimes against him and his family, ultimately making them out to be liars in the eyes of the public. The events following were a sick and cowardly display of retaliation.
The names of those either responsible for starting these defamatory conspiracies and organizing this back in the summer of 2024 or the names of those continuing to lead this group of privately acting citizens now in 2026 are:
- Luke Bowman (former roommate who then involved his girlfriend’s father, Officer Theodorou in these conspiracies, who resides in Nashville and has a history of fighting terroism.)
- Fisher Perry
- Caden Posey
- His father, Erick Posey who also goes by Brad, and has local law enforcement connections through his work that were abused
- And a wealthy family friend of the Posey’s who helped finance these illegal efforts (whose name has been redacted for the time being, at the advice of legal counsel to prevent anything from tampering with the surprise element Isaiah Wallace plans to use in court, these names will be added after any legal proceedings)
- Dalton Chandler
- Mason Choate
- Arianna Ford (An ex-girlfriend of Isaiah, who just 3 weeks before this all began, reached out to Isaiah Wallace on snapchat and facetime, blowing up his phone, to try to restore their previous romantic relationship, after seeing him post his new girlfriend, Olivia Hibdon on instagram. Isaiah at the advice of his family and new girlfriend ultimately blocked her.) [This interaction is important to note, because Isaiah’s roommates at the time were aware of this interaction, and knew that because Isaiah had just cut the relationship off, his angry ex-girlfriend would be a great place to start, when they began questioning each and every person involved in his life, quite literally “asking for dirt on him”]
3 weeks before this fraudulent investigation began, the ex was quite literally hounding Isaiah back into the relationship, and the moment he cut it off, she had nothing but bad things to say about him. This interaction and the timestamps can be verified through call logs and snapchat data.

These are the names of either those who made these lies up or those who took part in organizing the body of people together that led this unconstitutional and defamatory investigation. It would be impossible to list every person involved because they turned this into a sick game and involved hundreds in his local community, but that will ultimately be their demise.
These individuals have used friends, connections in different local medical and law enforcement offices to fake and impersonate federal authority that they do not have. Pretending to be a Federal agent, stalking, cyber stalking without warrant, slander, harassment, and forcing silence upon his family and peers without a proper judge signed warrant are all criminal actions. They used the fear of “but what if this is true” to gain public cooperation & abused mental tactics they learned from their past service in the military to manipulate the flow of truth and keep people silent.
This is the official written account of the events by Isaiah Wallace:
“This series of vile and illegal hate crimes began last summer, around the end of May 2024, after I moved into a joint living situation with Luke Bowman, Fisher Perry, and Dalton Chandler, who are all high-profile figures on the TikTok app and have close connections with some key figures in Tennessee Law enforcement. I moved into the house (122 Fern Avenue) in January of 2024, with the intent of expanding my personal music career to the TikTok app platform and collaborating with the individuals living in the household, as we had discussed prior to my moving in. What I did not know at the time was that the gentleman I had moved in with, privately, held some extremely slanderous and highly offensive conspiracy theories about me, and the whereabouts of some secret money they thought I was hiding that I never had. This developed into baseless claims, that to this very day, I still cannot fully understand where in the slightest they might’ve stemmed from. Instead of properly asking me themselves about these outlandish and hurtful conspiracy theories, they took excessive measures to stalk and spy on me in some very invasive and highly objectifying ways that turned out to be fruitless, yet, still did not stop the slander and untrue gossip that was widely spread about me, my father, and my father’s church throughout the state of Tennessee and eventually Tulsa, Oklahoma. With the joint efforts and schemed deceit of Luke Bowman (and his close relationship with his ex-girlfriend’s father, Officer Theodorou, who holds a highly respectable past of serving this country in counter terrorism), Fisher Perry, Dalton Chandler, Mason Choate, Jeremiah Flemmons, Gray Williams, Caden Posey (and his father Erick (or brad) Posey’s connections to local law enforcement in TN), Will Moldenhauer, and his father Bret Moldenhauer’s (listed above) who has many connections from his past working with the CIA in counter terroism and drug wars at the border (he is no longer employed by the CIA and works in acupuncture at Norspring Cryotherapy, Chattanooga now). They then consulted my ex-girlfriend Arianna Ford who they knew despised me (for the interaction listed above) and wanted to gain any more stones they could add to their arsenal. She then contacted my current girlfriend at the time, Olivia Hibdon along with her mother Chea Hibdon and spread these defamatory lies. They all began privately communicating with each other, sharing these wildly slanderous conspiracy theories about me and my family, and eventually involving all of their families, friends, and any ear that would listen to this widely spread slanderous gossip, in this very illegal and defamatory process. A process that at one point, even put my life in danger to these very serious and un-fact checked claims. Upon realizing these were baseless claims, they then utilized this gossip to concern the local religious and church communities and gain their support and involvement in the harassment and stalking. Unifying them all to spread these lies, and participate in the illegal slander and stalking I have dealt with over a year now.
The Defamation:
Absurd and outlandish allegations were made across the entire illegal spectrum about myself, by a think tank of privately acting citizens, without any accountability or an ounce of proper fact checking! All the way from things like drug dealing, to sexual abuse, to terrorism/espionage (conspiring that me and my southern-American family were some how immigrants from another country, based on a simple series of photographs taken from my personal apple device (without my consent) of me and my family visiting Israel at a young age), to conspiring that I had connections with the “deep state” and a conspiratorial agenda against our great nation, to offensive claims such as demented perversion, to a sickening desire for sexual relations with underage minors, then somehow to prostitution, then to involvement in sex trafficking, then to satanism and involvement with things such as the “illuminati,” an evil and vile accusation of dealings in something as lowly and sinister as child pornography! ALL AT THE SAME TIME. The people making up these lies need to be put in jail, and the ones stalking and harassing my family because of these lies are a threat to American democracy. These accusations couldn’t have even been true all at once, they all contradicted one another and were the product of this low IQ, think tank of rednecks. They were lies made up and without a victim, and were the product of a hateful body of individuals who slandered my name with these vile and factless claims. Again, all accusations that were COMPLETELY factless had not a single victim that had ever come forward, and couldn’t have even all been true at the same time! I cannot emphasize enough that no one was tipped off about anything, and that these were literally thought up. There was no evidence, victims, or confusion, just pure conspiracy theories. Accusations that literally contradicted one another and were each impossible in their own way. Accusations that were started by the listed parties above. Conspiracies that were victimless, without any evidence at all, solely a hate-based hunch and desire to ruin someone’s life, and a wild desire to connect my family and me to the popular conspiracy theories we hear about in today’s political climate. This is the definition of a damaging conspiracy theory and an unchecked slander campaign. This spiral of conspiracy theories ended up getting fairly serious and opened the floor for them to make up pretty much any and every wild theory they wanted to about myself, to criminalize me, and essentially just list all the different, discreet ways people make money illegally and began slandering my name with them, in jealousy and complete conspiracy; and then spreading it to any ear that would listen, via word of mouth. Somehow all at the same time, conspiring that while I had all these supposed vile side gigs, that I was also an imminent threat to this great nation in terrorist plot. They couldn’t make their mind up about which angle to defame me from, they just knew they didn’t like me and wanted access to look into my life without warrant, so they literally chose them all at once. When said out loud, it doesn’t even make sense or take any form of sound reasoning. While in reality, all the while, I was simply an aspiring music artist who moved to Nashville to pursue my music career, in Music City. This process included reaching out to my ex-girlfriend, Arianna Ford, who had aggressively called, texted, and facetimed me, in an attempt to try and restore our previous love, just a few weeks before this all began in May of 2024. They knew about this interaction (I told my roommate) and that I had blocked her after these attempts to communicate with me because she held a toxic relationship with me. They knew because of this she would have nothing good to say about me. After methodically opening the floor to allow anyone and everyone who wanted to lie about me to do so, without my knowledge or the ability to defend myself in these privately held communications, they then went after my family with this same conspiracy think tank. Creating defamatory conspiracy theories about my father, the way he treated me and my family (accusing him and my mother of child abuse and adopting two beautiful babies into our loving family, with some form of secret malicious intent), his church, covid relief fraud, and his level of integrity as a man of God. All because they wanted to know about my family’s personal finances out of jealousy. Lies that have since been cleared up, but should not be negated from this lawsuit. All of this was done without the proper law enforcement approval and process, and they compiled a list of all my close family and friends, and asked for information from anyone they could get it from, and by default, spread these slanderous conspiracy theories about me by word of mouth in the process; to people in my community and their own. These theories stemmed from any wild thought they could think of as well as (taken out of context) music song files, album covers, and promotional heavy metal-themed music photo shoots, for music promotion found on my personal device (without my consent). Framing me to be the devil himself simply because I enjoyed making rock and roll music. This media material was also gathered illegally when two of the gentlemen involved, Gray Williams and Jeremiah Flemmons, made a calculated plan, stole my iPhone 14 and then took song files and images of my music related content on my personal device, without my consent; and then distributed them, completely out of context, amongst the offending parties. This led to hysteria and vile widespread theories about my fairly unsuccessful music career, somehow being involved with the “illuminati” and even satanism, when in reality I hadn’t even accumulated more than 10,000 streams on Spotify, on my most recent song release. The conspiracy about my involvement on the dark web and the sickening accusations and life destroying un-fact checked claims made about why I might have access to the dark web, stemmed from an individual, Caden Posey, stealing my personal laptop while I slept, seeing it had the Onion Browser (Tor) downloaded, and then never EVEN clicking on the application or even taking the simple effort to simply open it and see why I might’ve had the browser downloaded. He saw the logo and closed my computer. An application millions of Americans have, and that I used to access the popular Dread forum that has over 6,000,000 users, for music marketing tactics on. These gentleman got on my device without my consent, saw an app that millions of Americans have installed and have access to (Tor), and instead of fact checking why I might’ve even had it in the first place, spread this information to the individuals making these sickening theories about me, which led to the dark and quite frankly disturbing slanderous conspiracies about why I might’ve been on the dark web (child exploitation and pornography). These accusations alone were enough to call what they spread about me a true crime, however, the conspiracy theories that put my life in danger the most stemmed from accusations of me having dealings in illegal drugs, and an entirely separate conspiracy theory that I was some form of secret international narco terrorist threat, to this country that I love and consider myself a patriot of. I later learned that there were originally conversations about taking my life amongst Bret and a few of his old friends who had dealt in narco terroism at the border in their time working for the CIA, before they came to learn these theories were untrue. That is a threat and should be noted in this lawsuit. How could all these even be true at once, and make any sense to anyone with sound reasoning? The answer is simple, none of it was true. This was reported and spread to many connected parties, some of which, were operating outside of law enforcement, and even made threats in the summer of 2024 to take matters into their own hands. These claims were completely false, un-fact checked, and put my life in harm’s way, as they are very serious claims to spread about someone, to the general public, without a single shred of supporting evidence. They found pictures of me and my family visiting Israel when I was a child, and claimed we were secretly Jewish immigrants, even though me and my family have lived in this great nation our entire lives, and have long standing family trees and records of relatives who grew up in and also have residency in Chattanooga, TN; dating generations back. It was something that could’ve been cleared up with a fairly simple amount of research, yet no one did so, and instead they chose to ignore the facts and spread gas on this fire of widespread hysteria, nearly destroying my life in the process.
This all came to a peak, in the summer of 2024, in which my parents, family, and local community were all relayed these slanderous conspiracy theories about myself & my family, without my knowledge or any effort to ever ask me for the truth. My parents were lied to and led to believe I was unsafe and even a danger to my family and my siblings that I love so very much. My father was told I was just lucky to be alive, when in fact, punishing me for crimes I never committed, would’ve been an insidious crime in itself and the work of the devil. I was treated like a dangerous psycho, that I’ve never been, for months on end, without anyone ever verifying these facts properly, and suffered extreme emotional trauma; watching my own two parents feel forced to alienate me, in fear and hysteria based on the outlandish, slanderous claims made about me, to them. We have since reconciled and they have apologized to me for lending an ear to these hideous conspiracies. I then faced scrutiny and slander that fall, at Belmont University, and was made aware by a fellow student in my communications class that the school picked up on this offensive and illegal investigation and went as far as to allow students to join the group communication surrounding this fraudulent investigation, creating a group chat to essentially spread and share hurtful theories about me and were given permission to harass me any way they could. This led to me moving out of state. Those leading the investigation used slander to keep it quiet, convincing anyone involved that if I found out about the homemade investigation, it would prevent my name from being cleared. This was a manipulative tactic used to aid this group in spreading slander about me without any accountability, and used lies and fear to turn my community against me. There were no victims or facts to support or create these claims, therefore, preventing me from ever knowing what was being said about me in the beginning, was an evil and methodical tactic used to help spread outlandish conspiracy theories about me without my knowledge. In order for an investigation like that to hold any validity, there must be a single shred of evidence to support this concern. In my case, there was not, and never has been, because every lie told was completely untrue. A year later, this same organized body of regular, organized, everyday citizens, continue to act unconstitutionally and with a burning hatred against me for calling them out. Individuals in the state of Tennessee still continue to communicate and speculate these hurtful and vile theories about my life, spreading them, and harassing me everywhere I go. Gaining participation from local churches and communities by spreading the news of my arrival before I even got here. It was decided to create a game out of it all, to bother and harass me, and rub in my face public cooperation. I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend school 10 hours away, and finish college at Oral Roberts University; simply to try and escape these slanderous monsters, and their agenda against me. In hatred and pride they took dedicated efforts to communicate and spread these un-fact checked and completely false slanderous lies about me, to an entire other community, at my school and several of the local churches in Tulsa, preventing me from ever evading this untrue, fact-less, and hate-based slander.
Their inability to admit they were wrong, pure liars, and their pride have made them into hateful fools. I would never pray for a season like this on my worst enemy.
