Sourceless Inc. Signals Potential NASDAQ Listing in 2026

Sourceless Inc., a Delaware-based Web3 and artificial intelligence infrastructure company, said it is preparing for a potential listing on the NASDAQ Global Market by the end of August 2026, following a new internal valuation exceeding $13 billion. The company said the listing has not been finalized, and that its regulatory posture, compliance alignment and ongoing institutional reviews are the basis for its stated positioning ahead of a possible public market debut. Sourceless said that despite the heightened requirements, its multibillion-dollar internal valuation places it well above the $5 million threshold, a gap the company said reinforces confidence in its readiness for that tier.
