A350-1000s and A321neos aircraft

Toulouse, France, Airbus said on Monday that Taiwan’s EVA Air has placed a firm order for six long-range A350-1000s and three single-aisle A321neo aircraft, finalizing a commitment announced by the airline in March 2025. The new orders will bring EVA Air’s backlog of aircraft to be delivered to 24 A350-1000s and 18 A321neo aircraft.

The A350 

The A350 Family has received more than 1,360 orders from 60 customers globally, with more than 640 aircraft currently in the fleets of 38 operators, flying primarily on long-haul routes, the company said in a statement.

According to the report, the A350 is already able to operate with up to 50 percent Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), as with all Airbus aircraft.

Airbus delivers first two H145Ms to Cyprus

On 26 March 2025 , Airbus said it had delivered the first two of six H145M helicopters to the Republic of Cyprus, with the remaining deliveries to follow later this year. The helicopters will be operated by the National Guard of the Republic of Cyprus.

Olivier Michalon, Executive Vice President for Global Business of Airbus Helicopters, said, “With hybrid warfare set to play an increasing role in future conflicts, militaries will seek versatile helicopters that can perform a variety of pivotal functions. In this context, the choice of the H145M is particularly astute and the Republic of Cyprus joins a large group of European militaries operating the multi-role H145M for a wide range of missions including training, special operations, troop transport and light attack. We are proud to hand over the first two to the Republic of Cyprus. We look forward to seeing them in operation in the Mediterranean region soon.”

About H145M

Airbus said that the H145M is a multi-role military helicopter that provides a broad range of mission capabilities. The helicopter can be reconfigured from a light attack role with axial ballistic and guided weapons and a state-of-the-art self-protection system into a special operations version with fast rappelling equipment, within minutes. The comprehensive mission packages include hoisting and external cargo capabilities.
