AWS at Mobile World Congress Barcelona, on Monday, announced the successful launch of Wim, a groundbreaking all-digital, cloud-native Mobile Network Operator (MNO) unveiled in Mexico. Built entirely on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Wim represents a paradigm shift in the telecommunications industry, offering not just connectivity but a comprehensive digital lifestyle platform for the modern consumer.

According to the report, by leveraging AWS, Wim combined popular streaming services like Prime Video, Paramount+, VIX, and Deezer directly into its offering, changing the mobile subscription into a gateway to entertainment, community, and digital services.
