I am a product of my roots, shaped by the fierce resilience of my Spanish mother, born under Franco’s dictatorship, and my Argentine father, whose family fled Mussolini’s Italy for a new beginning. My father’s strength left an indelible mark on me, teaching me the value of perseverance. Raised between the farmlands of Madrid and the suburbs of New Jersey, my childhood blended cultures that gave me a unique perspective. My mother, the epitome of a strong Latina woman, was my guiding light, instilling the greatest gift: everything in life is earned, not given. Together, their lessons of family, humility, and resilience became the foundation of who I am. Even after my mother’s tragic passing in 2020, her voice echoes, calling me “Goyito” and urging me to uplift our community. Her voice, my father’s strength, and the unwavering spirit and values they instilled in me didn’t just define my past, they became the blueprint for the family I would later create.

My life transformed when I met my wife, a proud Peruvian whose heritage complements my own. Together, we’ve built a life in the United States, raising three daughters who carry the vibrant legacy of their Spaniard and Peruvian roots. Our shared international upbringing shapes our parenting, emphasizing trust, growth, and joy. We are intentional about fostering a home where our daughters thrive, grounded in our Latino and Hispanic heritage. We envision a future where they embrace their cultural identity and contribute to a world that values community and empowerment. Our backgrounds remind us to lead by example, creating generational homes that reflect the pride and resilience we inherited.

My story is bound by heritage, resilience, and empowerment. My mission in life is three-fold:

  1. Be a loving, present husband and father, fostering generational homes of trust, growth, and joy.
  2. Advance financial wellness and economic empowerment for all humanity.
  3. Empower and elevate the Hispanic and Latino community, inspired by my family—tell me the KPI, and I’ll strive to 3x it before my time is up.

At DailyPay, I’ve found a platform to channel my mission into meaningful impact, especially for the Latino and Hispanic communities. DailyPay’s On-Demand Pay product and financial wellness solutions are a lifeline, enabling workers to access earned pay when needed, breaking the cycle of living paycheck to paycheck. This is transformative for underserved communities, who often face predatory financial traps like payday loans. Beyond access, DailyPay offers tools for real-time earnings tracking, budgeting, and savings, fostering financial wellness that aligns with my values of family and empowerment. My mother-in-law’s story hits home—she worked three jobs as an immigrant to support her family, including my wife. She recently shared, “Hijo, if I had DailyPay, I could have worked one less job and spent more time with my daughter.” This drives my commitment to expand DailyPay’s reach within the Latino community, ensuring more families gain financial freedom to prioritize what matters.

DailyPay’s dedicated investments in Latino and Hispanic communities reflects its commitment to uplifting diverse communities, and I’m proud to lead it. Inspired by my mother’s mantra that every minute not spent uplifting our community is a minute wasted. By tailoring solutions to our community’s unique needs, we can help families achieve stability, avoid financial pitfalls, and build brighter futures.

DailyPay empowers communities, highlighted and exemplified with the work we are doing with the Latino community, through financial wellness. My mother’s loss reminded me that trauma stays in the past, but our attitude shapes the future. How we make people feel—valued, empowered, uplifted—is eternal. With DailyPay, we are turning this vision into reality, one paycheck, one family, one community at a time.
