Q1: Can I not finish KYC?

A: If you want to buy crypto with a credit card, you must complete KYC. This is the regulation of third-party service providers, and it is the same in every exchange.

Q2: Is BitYard legit and safe? Why should I believe in BitYard?

A: Headquartered in Singapore, BitYard falls under the purview of the following regulatory authorities:

  • The American Money Services Business (“MSB”).
  • Estonian Financial Regulatory Authority (“MTR”).
  • Australian Transaction Reporting and Analysis Center (AUSTRAC).
  • Business Administration of Singapore (“ACRA”).

So BitYard is quite safe. They even provide 24/7 online customer support. This service is not available in many large exchanges (such as Binance, coinbase)
