In a sector increasingly pressured by costs, sustainability and innovation, Célio Francisco Filho stands out as one of the leading names in engineering that delivers real results. A mechatronics engineer, he has led projects ranging from the development of Just-In-Time production lines to retrofitted automation solutions with international reach.
Its most emblematic performance was the creation of an industrial plant in São José dos Pinhais (PR), strategic to serve the Volkswagen and Renault automakers. The project transformed the region’s supply chain, created jobs, drastically reduced delivery times and positioned Dyna as a highly reliable supplier.
But it was in France, during an international mission, that Célio starred in one of the technical milestones of the national automotive industry: he led the implementation of a custom CNC system for the production of critical components, whose precision and digital integration raised the company’s production standards in Brazil.
