Assistly Expands its Senior Care Operating System with New Revenue Operations Module

Assistly today announced the launch of Revenue Operations (RevOps), a new module and offering within its senior care operating system

The new Revenue Operations module brings income, expenses, invoicing, payments, vendor payments and workforce costs together, giving senior care operators a unified view of their P&L. Integrated with Assistly’s scheduling and timesheets, it connects operational activity directly to financial performance, all in one platform.

ATLANTA, Georgia – August 13, 2026 – Assistly today announced the launch of Revenue Operations (RevOps), a new module and offering within its senior care operating system. The new RevOps module extends Assistly’s connected platform from a family’s first inquiry and resident move-in through care delivery and staff scheduling, and now into billing, revenue and financial performance.

Senior care providers have traditionally managed admissions, clinical care, staffing, compliance and revenue across separate systems, spreadsheets and communication channels. Assistly was built from firsthand experience of that fragmentation and is designed to connect those workflows end to end. With the addition of the new Revenue Operations module, Assistly connects the dots from senior prospecting and CRM through admissions, care delivery, scheduling and compliance, all the way to the financial side of the operation.

“For many providers, revenue still lives in spreadsheets, making it difficult to get a holistic picture of the P&L,” said a newly onboarded Assistly customer who selected the platform for its Revenue Operations module. “Assistly brings income, expenses, invoicing, payments and workforce costs together, giving us the financial visibility we were missing in one place.”

Assistly now connects six operational areas: CRM, Resident Move-Ins, Clinical Operations, Staff Management, Compliance and the new Revenue Operations module, with information flowing across the platform rather than remaining isolated within individual functions.

Assistly tracks referrals and prospective residents from first contact through admission, giving operators visibility into which inquiries are converting and where prospects may be stalling. Leads remain visible within the administrator dashboard until they convert or are closed, helping reduce missed follow-ups and potential lost revenue.

Caregivers can clock in from any device, submit time-off requests for approval and carry weekly rotations forward without rebuilding schedules manually. Teams using Assistly’s staff management tools have reported reducing payroll preparation time by nearly 80 percent, returning valuable administrative time to the business.

Assistly’s AI capabilities also support scheduling by considering caregiver skillsets, availability and care needs, while identifying potential gaps before they result in missed shifts or unnecessary overtime.

The new Assistly Revenue Operations module brings billing, income, expenses and cash flow into a unified view. Operators can follow invoices from issue through payment status while gaining clearer visibility into the full resident journey, from prospecting and admissions through occupancy, staffing and care delivery, which eventually impacts financial performance.

For multi-location providers, this connected approach addresses common challenges including fragmented inquiry and referral management; limited visibility from prospect to admission, and care delivery and scheduling operating separately from billing and revenue. The new Revenue Operations module closes that final operational gap by tying the financial picture directly to the workflows already managed across Assistly.

Assistly also supports multi-property oversight; role-based access for owners, administrators, caregivers and families, real-time occupancy and performance dashboards and mobile access across web, iOS and Android.

“Previously, we used to constantly switch between systems just to understand where we stood,” said a senior operator at a multi-home care group. “Now we can track inquiries, admissions and revenue in one place. Assistly has changed how we manage occupancy and plan ahead.”

The platform’s development has been shaped by the realities of operating senior care communities rather than approaching the sector as a generic software problem.

“Running a care home is not just about care delivery. It is about keeping beds filled, managing staff, staying compliant and making sure the business is sustainable,” said Rajesh Indurthi, Co-founder & CEO of Assistly, and also a personal care home owner.. “Assistly reflects that reality. It supports both the care side and the business side without adding complexity.”

Bindu Vemireddy, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Assistly, added: “The market has no shortage of point solutions. What has been missing is a system that connects operations to outcomes. That is where Assistly fits, especially for mid to large providers looking to scale.”

With the launch of its new Revenue Operations module, Assistly is positioned to support mid to large senior care providers and multi-location operators that need greater visibility, coordination and financial control as they grow.
