Can you tell us about your background and what inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
My entrepreneurial journey started with a simple observation.
Most businesses don’t struggle because they lack ambition—they struggle because they have too many operational challenges competing for their attention. Owners spend valuable time managing accounting, staffing, marketing, technology, compliance, and administration instead of focusing on growth.
I wanted to change that.
Rather than creating a single-service company, I began building businesses that solve different parts of the same problem. Every venture we’ve launched exists because we identified a genuine need in the market and believed we could deliver a better solution through expertise, technology, and long-term partnerships.
Today your businesses span several industries. How do they all connect?
Although each company serves a different market, they all share the same purpose.
KAJ Consultancy helps businesses improve their financial management, accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, outsourcing, software development, AI solutions, digital marketing, and operational efficiency.
Scale Properties and Management Georgia focuses on helping commercial property owners maximize asset value through professional property management, financial reporting, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and strategic operational planning.
Hermes Consultant provides highly trained Virtual Assistants and remote professionals who support businesses in industries such as real estate, healthcare, finance, insurance, customer service, and administration.
Each company specializes in its own field, but together they help businesses operate more efficiently while reducing complexity.
What problem are you solving that many businesses still struggle with?
One of the biggest challenges businesses face today is fragmentation.
Companies often hire separate providers for accounting, payroll, marketing, staffing, technology, property management, and business support. While each vendor may perform well individually, managing multiple relationships becomes inefficient.
Our goal is to simplify that experience.
We believe businesses deserve strategic partners who understand the bigger picture—not just one department.

We’re also working on Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions that will help retailers and service businesses improve operations, inventory management, customer experiences, and payment acceptance.
Another important initiative is expanding our digital agency, providing businesses with branding, website development, SEO, AI-powered marketing, and digital growth strategies that align with today’s evolving online landscape.
These projects are all connected by the same objective—helping businesses grow through smarter systems and better technology.
What leadership principles guide your businesses?
I believe leadership starts with trust.
Great companies aren’t built solely on products or services.
They’re built on relationships, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
I also believe leaders should never stop learning.
