Worksport Q3 2026 Record Revenue
Worksport reports record quarterly sales of $7.24 million as operating cash use falls by 89%.

Worksport Ltd. (NASDAQ: WKSP) announced its preliminary third-quarter 2026 financial results today, reporting record net sales of approximately $7.24 million and a massive 89% reduction in quarterly operating cash burn. Driven by nine consecutive months of net sales growth and a record-setting September, the manufacturer is narrowing its gap toward sustained cash-flow breakeven.

According to today’s Worksport Press Release, the dramatic drop in cash utilization stems from a strategic pivot toward inventory conversion. After building up product stockpiles during the first half of the year to support new launches, the West Seneca, New York-based clean energy firm successfully converted roughly $2.5 million of inventory into active sales and cash flow.

This movement reduced the company’s total inventory holdings from $12.1 million down to approximately $9.6 million as of September 30, 2026, as manufacturing transitions to a just-in-time model.

Key preliminary third-quarter data highlights include:

  • Operating Cash Drastically Reduced: Net cash used in operations fell to approximately $0.37 million, an 89% improvement from $3.4 million in Q2 and down significantly from $8.2 million in Q1.
  • Sales Benchmarks Shattered: Preliminary net sales of $7.24 million reflect a 44% year-over-year surge and a 38% consecutive increase over the second quarter.
  • Single-Digit Burn Percentage: Operating cash use dropped to just 5% of net sales, contrasting sharply with 66% in Q2 and 249% in Q1.
  • Backlog Growth: Sales orders reached $7.87 million, leaving a backlog of roughly $740,000 to be converted moving into the final quarter.

A fundamental component of Worksport’s multi-month growth curve is its rapidly deepening B2B channel network. Business-to-business and distribution sales escalated to make up 50% of the company’s total net sales in September 2026, doubling the 25% share recorded in December 2025.

Additionally, while the proprietary SOLIS solar truck bed cover is not yet a primary revenue driver, its individual sales volume more than quadrupled compared to the second quarter. Sustained gross profit margins remained above 30% throughout the quarter, outstripping recurring cash costs.

“The third quarter delivered on our promise that the second half of 2026 would be about conversion,” stated Worksport CEO Steven Rossi. Rossi emphasized that achieving operational cash flow breakeven sustainably will soon allow the company to fund its next developmental milestones without heavily relying on equity financing.

The company plans to release its finalized third-quarter financial results via Form 10-Q following the market close on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Investors can track official updates through the Worksport Investor Relations Portal.
