The Boat Coffee Roasters Lands on Irish Shores

The Boat Coffee Roasters is certainly rocking the boat of coffee roasting. It’s come on the scene to provide coffee ‘that can float your caffeine boat.’  Based in Ireland, it’s the latest in the new wave of artisan coffee to hit Irish shores. It was founded by Australians who originally established the world-renowned coffee roastery and coffee school, Baristabarbar, in East London.  It was voted one of the top 5 in the world. Although they still own Baristabarbar, their new venture on Irish shores, The Boat Coffee Roasters, is creating waves, so to speak. So many puns….but seriously this roastery is producing some of the best coffee around.

They are getting orders from so many different countries for their selections. It’s all small hand-roasted

The Boat Coffee Roasters Lands on Irish Shores artisan coffees with an emphasis on Cuba and Honduras. “It’s exciting to be able to bring a fresh approach and be able to try different things here. It’s an exciting time for coffee roasting and I think there is a lot of interest in what we are doing. With the increase in remote working, we have a lot of people wanting what they once had in Dublin or in East London but are wanting to make that at home. The Boat is all about making great coffee possible in any environment.”
