Sourceless Inc. Signals Potential NASDAQ Listing in 2026

The MVLS threshold governs continued eligibility rather than initial admission, and it is one of several standards an issuer must satisfy on the Global Market tier. Sourceless said that despite the heightened requirements, its multibillion-dollar internal valuation places it well above the $5 million threshold, a gap the company said reinforces confidence in its readiness for that tier.
