ORCA Announces Strategic AI Infrastructure Investment and Long-Term Compute Procurement Plan, with Plans to Leverage Amazon AWS to Accelerate Its Global AI Agent Ecosystem

As the global artificial intelligence industry enters a new cycle of infrastructure expansion, AI compute is evolving from a purely technical resource into a critical component of long-term strategic competitiveness for technology companies.

Over the past two years, leading AI companies worldwide have continued to increase their investments in cloud computing and dedicated AI infrastructure. Anthropic has further expanded its collaboration with Amazon, with plans to secure up to 5GW of additional computing capacity while continuing to use AWS Trainium infrastructure to support the training and deployment of Claude models. OpenAI has also established a multi-year strategic collaboration with AWS, leveraging large-scale GPU, CPU, and Trainium resources to support model training, inference, and AI Agent-related workloads.

Against this backdrop, ORCA has officially initiated the next phase of its strategic AI infrastructure investment and long-term compute procurement plan.

Under ORCA’s current strategic roadmap, the company plans to invest no less than USD 100 million in the coming stages toward long-term AI compute procurement, cloud resource deployment, and related AI infrastructure development.

ORCA plans to gradually expand its AI computing resources through Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other leading global cloud infrastructure providers, providing more efficient, stable, and scalable computing support for ORCA’s existing and future AI products.

Through long-term, large-scale compute procurement, ORCA also aims to secure more competitive long-term pricing for computing resources.

Compared with short-term, on-demand procurement, long-term compute planning can help ORCA reserve part of its required computing capacity in advance, optimize overall procurement costs, and ensure a more stable supply of computing resources as AI Agent adoption and inference demand continue to grow.

This means that as ORCA’s overall AI business expands, the company will not only be able to increase its computing capacity, but may also benefit from economies of scale that reduce unit computing costs and improve the overall operational efficiency of its AI infrastructure.

The initiative will focus on four major areas:

AI Model Training

Providing stronger computing resources for continuous ORCA AI model training, parameter optimization, and strategy iteration.

Real-Time Market Data Analysis

Enhancing ORCA’s ability to process global digital asset markets, prediction markets, and multidimensional trading data in real time, improving both analytical efficiency and response speed.

Intelligent Quantitative Strategy Research

Providing a higher-performance computing environment for short-cycle market forecasting, arbitrage models, risk management, and strategy backtesting.

Next-Generation iORCA AI Agent

Supporting the large-scale deployment, real-time inference, multi-task coordination, and global user services of future AI Agents.

ORCA believes that competition among future AI financial products will no longer be determined by product functionality alone. Instead, the industry is gradually moving toward comprehensive competition across model capability, data capability, compute infrastructure, and global deployment capability.

As the number of ORCA AI Agent users continues to grow, and ecosystem products such as Prediction Market and the Super Money App are progressively launched, the amount of data, inference requests, and real-time market analysis handled by ORCA’s backend infrastructure is expected to increase rapidly.

For this reason, ORCA is building a more comprehensive AI infrastructure system in advance and, through its USD 100 million long-term compute procurement plan, intends to reserve sufficient computing resources and infrastructure capacity for global expansion over the coming years.

For ORCA, the significance of this long-term procurement plan goes beyond simply obtaining more computing power.

More importantly, long-term procurement, large-scale deployment, and resource reservation can further strengthen ORCA’s overall cost advantage in computing infrastructure.

Within the AI industry, as model sizes, inference requests, and real-time data processing requirements continue to grow, computing costs have become one of the key factors determining the commercial scalability of AI products.

By securing long-term computing resources in advance, ORCA aims to establish a more stable cost structure and convert the pricing advantages created through scaled procurement into faster product iteration, stronger AI Agent service capabilities, and greater global expansion capacity.

ORCA CEO Alex stated:

“The ultimate competition between AI Agents is not only about the model itself. What matters just as much is the data, computing power, and infrastructure behind it. We want to build these fundamental capabilities before user adoption reaches true scale. Our long-term compute procurement plan of up to USD 100 million is not simply a procurement initiative—it is a long-term infrastructure investment designed to support ORCA’s AI business growth over the coming years.”

He added:

“As the scale of our compute procurement continues to grow, we can also secure more competitive long-term computing costs. For ORCA, this means we can deploy more AI Agents more efficiently, serve more users globally, and continue to maintain a rapid pace of product and technology iteration.”

From ORCA’s current AI-powered market analysis and quantitative strategy systems to future products including Prediction Market, iORCA AI Agent, and additional intelligent financial applications, ORCA is gradually building a comprehensive technology architecture consisting of:

AI + Data + Compute + Financial Applications

Within ORCA’s long-term strategy, AI compute will serve as an essential foundational layer connecting all of its core products.

At the front end, users will experience more intelligent AI Agents, faster market analysis, and a wider range of financial products.

Behind the scenes, however, these experiences require large-scale cloud computing, real-time data processing, continuous model training, and AI inference infrastructure.

This is the core reason behind ORCA’s decision to launch a long-term compute procurement plan of up to USD 100 million.

Through long-term compute deployment, ORCA aims to gradually establish three core advantages:

More Stable Compute Supply

Ensuring that AI Agents, real-time market analysis, and model inference continue to have access to sufficient computing resources.

More Competitive Compute Costs

Reducing unit computing costs through long-term, large-scale procurement while improving the overall operational efficiency of ORCA’s AI business.

Stronger Global Scalability

Reserving infrastructure capacity in advance for future user growth, large-scale AI Agent deployment, and global business expansion.

From AI Applications to AI Infrastructure

In 2026, ORCA completed the first phase of its transformation from an AI strategy product into a global AI-powered financial ecosystem.

In the next phase, ORCA will further strengthen:

AI Model Capabilities

Global Data Infrastructure

Long-Term Compute Reserves

Prediction Market Technology Infrastructure

AI Agent Product Matrix

ORCA’s goal is not simply to use AI.

It is to gradually build an:

AI-Powered Financial Infrastructure

that can support long-term use by users around the world.

By investing in compute, data, and AI infrastructure ahead of future demand, ORCA aims to establish the foundation required for larger-scale user growth and product expansion.

The long-term compute procurement plan of no less than USD 100 million also represents ORCA’s continued expansion from the AI application layer toward the AI infrastructure layer.

As the number of AI Agents, user scale, inference requests, and real-time market data processing requirements continue to increase, ORCA plans to continuously expand its computing resource deployment and leverage the cost advantages created through long-term procurement to improve the efficiency of its entire AI ecosystem.

ORCA stated that it will continue to advance compute procurement, cloud infrastructure expansion, and related strategic partnerships based on product development, AI Agent user growth, and global market demand.

From AI Agents to Prediction Market, and ultimately to the next generation of global intelligent financial applications, ORCA is building the computing infrastructure required to support the future global AI-powered financial ecosystem.
