BELLEVUE, Wash., August 27, 2026. Bellevue Kitchen & Bath Studio, a licensed and insured design-build remodeling studio, today announced it has expanded its service area to include homeowners in Sammamish and Issaquah, Washington.
The expansion extends the studio’s full design-build offering, covering design, budgeting, permitting, and construction under a single contract, to two communities where demand for kitchen and bathroom renovation continues to grow. The studio already serves Bellevue, Seattle, Kirkland, and Kent.
The announcement adds service coverage only. The studio is not opening an office or showroom in either city and continues to operate from its established Eastside base.
“Sammamish and Issaquah homeowners have been reaching out to us for a while, and it reached the point where it made sense to serve those communities properly rather than case by case,” said Erik, owner of Bellevue Kitchen & Bath Studio. “A lot of the housing there is from the 1990s and 2000s. Great homes with generous footprints, but the kitchens were designed for how people lived thirty years ago. Opening those up is exactly the work we do.”
Homeowners in both cities can now access the studio’s full range of services, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovation, home additions, ADU construction, and custom home building.
The design-build model handles the entire project under one contract, which removes the coordination burden that falls on homeowners when an architect and a general contractor are hired separately. That includes managing permit submissions with each city’s permitting department, a process that differs meaningfully across King County jurisdictions.
“The part homeowners dread is the permitting and the coordination, not the construction,” Erik said. “When design and build sit under one roof, the drawings reflect what things actually cost, the permits get filed by the people doing the work, and there is one person accountable for the result. That is the whole point of the model.”
The studio said it expects demand in both cities to centre on opening up closed main-level layouts, converting unused bathtubs into walk-in showers, and rebuilding kitchen storage around how families actually live.
