BNB OCT (34)

Anyone holding BNB this week saw a famous Wall Street name sign up while the price barely moved. On November 3, BNB Standard, the public company with the largest corporate BNB treasury, named Anthony Scaramucci to its board. It holds 515,544 coins bought at an average of $866, while BNB trades at $717, about 19% lower. So the BNB news leaves one question open, whether a stronger board brings new buyers.

Buyers who want the first price instead of a late one are turning to Pepeto, an exchange coin still in its presale, the stage where BNB’s first holders bought.

BNB News: Scaramucci Joins BNB Standard, Its Coins 19% Below Cost

The biggest change around BNB on November 4 is a board post filled the day before. Scaramucci became BNB Standard’s seventh director and speaks with chief executive Alex Odagiu in London today. BNB is up 0.7% in a day but down 6.9% over the week, with support at $680, about 3% lower.

The move settles a June 23 deal with YZi Labs that required a new independent director, and Scaramucci says the company gives US investors stock market access to BNB. That brings the coin to buyers who never open an exchange account.

However, BNB is a $92.3 billion coin. Getting back to $866 needs about 23%, roughly $21.6 billion of fresh buying, and that 23% is the same for a $1,000 holder as for a $1 million one.

What this means is that this week’s BNB news comes down to entry price. BNB Standard paid $866 while BNB’s first holders paid a few dollars, and Pepeto sits at that first stage now, before its first exchange listing.

Buyers Have Put $11.2 million Into Pepeto Before Its Exchange Debut

Buyers are paying for the start of an exchange coin. The team behind Pepeto says its cofounder built the original Pepe, and it is building an exchange, a bridge and a scanner with advanced AI, all in private testing with community members and big investors.

The bridge goes after a cost every BNB holder pays when moving coins between chains. Other bridges charge $15 to $50 a transfer and can lock funds for good when one fails. Pepeto’s bridge is built to charge $0 beyond gas and cross five chains, BNB Chain included, in under 60 seconds, so a holder making eleven transfers a month keeps $165 to $550.

Beside it, PepetoSwap is designed to charge 0.00% per swap, and SolidProof has audited the project. Buyers have put in more than $11.2 million at a stage price now set at $0.0000001905. BNB needs about $923 million of new money to rise 1%, more than 80 times Pepeto’s whole raise.

A stage ends when its timer runs out or its target is hit, and the price rises for every buyer after it. The team says a Binance listing is approaching, so today’s buyers hold the lowest stage prices the token will offer.

Conclusion

BNB Standard’s average shows what a late entry costs. Binance said on January 18, 2019 that its first launchpad sale would run on January 28 and accept BNB, and BNB traded as low as $6.03 on January 31. A $1,000 purchase at that price was worth about $227,000 at the $1,370.55 record in October 2025.

For anyone reading the BNB news, the coin stays a strong holding, and Pepeto is the same exchange coin story at the stage BNB’s 2019 holders bought into.

Holders who owned BNB the day before that sale already had the low price when the crowd arrived. Each Pepeto stage that closes raises the price, and the listing the team calls approaching is where later buyers pay market price for what presale holders own.
