Binance New Listing Board Sits Empty Since October 29 as $3.22 Billion Returns and Wallets Buy Pepeto
Traders checking Binance for its next coin have found the same page for six days. Users moved $3.22 billion back onto the exchange in the 24 hours to November 4, according to Bitcoin.com’s flow report, after pulling $12.17 billion out over seven days.
Yet no new spot coin has arrived since PREDICT on October 29. So the binance new listing question is what all that returning money buys first.
Naturally, some of those dollars are looking one step earlier, at coins before their Binance debut. Pepeto is one of them, a meme coin with staking and exchange tools that has sold over $11.2 million of tokens.
Binance New Listing: $3.22 Billion Returns but No New Coin
Binance had no new spot coin to offer the $3.22 billion that came back, because PREDICT, added on October 29, is still the last one. That inflow covered about a quarter of the $12.17 billion that left in the week after the hack.
Still, the return lifted BNB, Binance’s own coin, which rose about 2.8% to near $718 on November 4 as deposits came back, a sign that holders expect Binance to keep its central place.
However, a deposit can only buy what Binance already trades, and those coins are large. BNB is worth about $95 billion, so a 3% move takes nearly $3 billion, the same 3% whether the order is $1,000 or $1 million. The larger gains of a Binance debut go to the wallets holding before the announcement.
This leaves anyone watching for a binance new listing with a choice between large coins already on the page and coins still before their debut. Pepeto sits in the second group, where a presale stage sets the price before any exchange trades it.
Who Is Buying Pepeto at $11 Million Before Its Binance Debut?
At this moment, Pepeto is among the smallest coins heading for a Binance debut. Pepeto has crossed $11.2 million in presale sales, and the $3.22 billion that returned to Binance in one day is about 290 times that whole raise.
A token costs $0.0000001905 today, and the presale runs in stages. Each stage ends when its timer runs out or its target fills, and each costs more than its predecessor, so the earliest stage a buyer reaches is the cheapest he gets.
A deposit parked on an exchange earns nothing while it waits, and Pepeto stakers earn 160% APY. That rate is set daily by the reward allocation and the amount staked, and locked plans keep the rate shown at signup.
At today’s rate, $4,700 buys about 24.8 billion tokens and a year adds roughly 39.9 billion more, claimable when the token reaches its first exchange.
Beside staking, the team is building a 0.00% fee swap, a $0 bridge and a security scanner, with private testing open only to community members and big investors. A former Binance expert sits on the dev team.
After its debut, a small coin moves on use. Each tool is built to bring traders back to a token with 420 trillion units and no more, and that demand meets an $11.2 million base.

Conclusion
On November 11, 2024, Binance said it would add ACT and PNUT, and within 24 hours each coin’s market value rose more than 400%, leaving ACT near $550 million. The holders who bought before that post kept the whole gain.
The binance new listing page has stayed empty while billions came back. Pepeto is the coin to hold before that page moves, with its Binance debut approaching and its stage price open.
Every ACT holder in that gain made one decision, to buy while the entry was still open. Pepeto’s entry is open at the current stage today, and it closes for good when the coin reaches the exchange.
