Deciding where to put money in crypto now includes a question about who can see it. On November 3, France’s National Assembly voted 150 to 44 to make holders report self custodied crypto worth €100,000 or more, with fines up to €10,000.

At the November 5 price, that threshold is only about 1.4 BTC. So the best crypto to invest in now must show where coins are safest and how far a price can still move.

The big coins answer the second part slowly. Attention has turned to Pepeto, the meme coin with over $11.2 million raised for an exchange where buyers sign trades from their own wallets.

Best Crypto to Invest In: 3 Picks After France’s €100,000 Vote

The three picks this week are Pepeto, BTC and ETH, set against France’s November 3 vote. The amendment counts holdings on December 31, after lawmakers rejected lower limits of €5,000 and €50,000, and it still has to clear the rest of the budget process and the Senate.

BTC trades near $80,400, about 25% under its 52 week high near $107,400, after the midterm vote count lifted the market. ETH trades near $2,416, about 11% above its weekly low near $2,180 and back above $2,400 for the first time in two weeks.

However, BTC is worth about $1.6 trillion, so the 25% climb to that high needs roughly $400 billion, and each 10% on ETH needs about $30 billion. Each percentage applies equally to $1,000 and to $1 million.

So the best crypto to invest in after this vote still comes down to coins a holder keeps in his own wallet, since the rule asks for a report and not a tax. Pepeto is building an exchange on that model, where no company ever holds the coins.

Smart Money Backs Pepeto’s Non Custodial Exchange With $11.2 Million

Pepeto has drawn more than $11.2 million because it offers what ETH’s first buyers had, a token sold before the market sets its price. Holders can stake at 160% APY while they wait, and the total never rises above 420 trillion.

Keeping coins on an exchange means trusting someone else with the keys. The Binance theft showed what that costs. PepetoSwap is being built non custodial, so each trade is signed from the trader’s own wallet, with MEV protection through a private relay on by default and a 0.00% fee.

A trader moving $9,000 a month, $108,000 a year, pays $324 on Uniswap and $270 on PancakeSwap, and only network gas on PepetoSwap.

A trader who keeps that money has a reason to return for every swap. Each swap runs on the Pepeto token, so demand grows with use. SolidProof audited the code and verified the team’s KYC, while private testing is open only to community members and big investors.

The $11.2 million inside came from buyers who read a launch before the crowd does, and they tend to be right first. The token sells for $0.0000001905 at this stage, and the next stage costs more as soon as the timer ends or the target fills.

Conclusion

BTC and ETH are established, and France’s vote shows lawmakers now treat them as savings worth reporting. Pepeto pairs a meme coin crowd with an exchange being built by Pepe’s cofounder, and at today’s stage price $3,800 buys about 20 billion tokens.

That is why Pepeto is the best crypto to invest in at this stage, before the Binance listing the team expects. Pepe showed what one well timed buy can do when it launched in April 2023 with no product, and its first day buyers made the largest gains of their lives within weeks.

Pepeto shows the same early signal before the crowd confirms it. More than $11.2 million does not arrive without a reason, and the stage price has not caught up with that money yet.
