AITech operates from the subdomain “aitech.ibportal.io”.
The root domain “ibportal.io” is owned by Tag Markets, an MLM Ponzi factory.
Several fraudulent investment schemes are hosted on the domain, including Zeus Funding and Exfusion,
Victims of the Crowd1 and Daisy Global Ponzi schemes have also been funneled into Tag Markets.
No AITech ownership or executive details are disclosed on the “aitech.ibportal.io” subdomain. The page serves only as a login form, providing access to Tag Markets.
“Sonic AI” and “Stratify” are ruses that pop up across Tag Market’s various scams.
Although its associated Tag Markets LTD and T.M Financial LTD shell companies are registered in St. Lucia and Mauritius, Tag Markets is run from Dubai by owner Jared Esguerra.
Tag Markets originally presented Colombian national Kevin Marin as co-founder and CEO:
These days Niklas “Nik” Freihofer, another European hiding out in Dubai, does the rounds as Tag Markets’ CEO:
Tag Markets fraud warnings have already been issued by Russia, Austria, Slovenia and Luxembourg.
Due to the proliferation of scams and failure to enforce securities fraud regulation, BehindMLM ranks Dubai as the MLM crime capital of the world.
BehindMLM’s guidelines for Dubai are:
- If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
- If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.
If you want to know specifically how this applies to AITech, read on for a full review.
AITech’s Products
AITech has no retailable products or services.
Promoters are only able to market AITech promoter membership itself.
AITech’s Compensation Plan
AITech hides compensation plan details from consumers. The following is put together from various AITech promoter presentations.
AITech promoters invest $10 or more into Tag Markets’ “Copy X” platform:
This is done on the expectation of an “approx 1.17%” monthly passive return.
Note AITech charges a 30% fee on all generated returns.
Residual Commissions
AITech appears to pay residual commissions based on downline investment volume:
- $10,000 invested by personally recruited promoters = 1% commission
- $50,000 total downline invested = 2% commission
- $200,000 total downline invested = 3.5% commission
- $1,000,000 total downline invested = $5% commission
Note that no more than 50% of required investment is counted from any one recruitment leg.
ROI Match
AITech pays a ROI Match via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original promoter’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
AITech caps payable unilevel team levels at ten.
The ROI Match is paid as 2.5% of the daily return paid across these ten levels.
Lot Commission
AITech uses the same ten-level deep unilevel team to pay trading lot commissions:
- level 1 (personally recruited promoters) – $2 per lot
- level 2 – $1.50 per lot
- levels 3 and 4 – $1 per lot
- levels 5 to 10 – 50 cents per lot
Leader Pool
AITech takes $2 from each trading lot and places it into the Leader Pool.
How the Leader Pool is paid out is not disclosed.
Joining AITech
AITech promoter membership appears to be free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum $10 investment.
AITech Conclusion
There’s not much to AITech. It’s another cookie-cutter unregistered trading scheme run by Tag Markets.
As evidenced by multiple fraud warnings, Tag Markets is not registered with securities of commodities regulatory outside of Mauritius.
Relevant countries AITech illegally solicits investment in can be determined by website traffic analysis by SimilarWeb.
As of July 2026, SimilarWeb was tracking ~373,000 monthly AITech subdomain visits.
Top sources of AITech website traffic over the same month were the Dominican Republic (53%), Spain (16%), Germany (10%), India (9%) and the US (4%).
Neither AITech or Tag Markets are registered with securities or commodities regulatory in these jurisdictions.
As to AITech as an MLM company, with nothing marketed or sold to retail customers AITech operates as a pyramid scheme.
Noting that a few Tag Markets scams have already collapsed, AITech will likely join the pile when new investor recruitment dries up.
As the regulatory warnings also pile up, it’s probably only a matter of time before further action is taken against Tag Markets principals Jared Esguerra and Niklas Freihofer.
Unless you’re keen to sign up to lose money, avoid.
