Gunvant Chaudhari: Thank you for having me. My journey into software development began with a fascination for technology and problem-solving. My academic background in Electrical Engineering provided a solid foundation to work in the medical devices industries especially in MRI area , and I was fortunate to work on various projects early in my career that reinforced my passion. The blend of creativity and analytical thinking in software development along with my academic background of Electrical Engineering truly captivated me.
Victor: You’ve worked extensively in both the medical devices and financial sectors. How did your experiences in these different domains shape your approach to software development?
Gunvant Chaudhari: Working in these diverse domains has been incredibly enriching. In the medical devices industry, the focus is on precision, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the software. This has taught me the importance of rigorous testing and adherence to standards. On the other hand, the financial sector, particularly in investment banking and wealth management, Cards and Payments area demands high performance, scalability, and security due to the critical nature of financial transactions. Both experiences have shaped my approach to software development by emphasizing the need for robust, reliable solutions tailored to specific industry needs.
