ETH OCT (29)

Anyone who has moved ETH from a rollup back to mainnet knows the wait and the fee involved. On November 4 at Devcon, the Ethereum Economic Zone team filled a rollup order from mainnet in one transaction, with no bridge step.

ETH rose about 6.5% that day, but the first launch is planned for late 2026 or early 2027. So the ethereum news is good, and the question is how much more a $295 billion coin can add.

Below those headlines, buyers have been funding Pepeto, a presale coin whose team is building a bridge that moves coins across five networks for $0.

Ethereum News: ETH Gains 6.5% After Devcon Shows Bridgeless Rollup Trades

ETH traded near $2,440 on November 4, up about 6.5% after a session from $2,226 to $2,450. Resistance sits at $2,497, where October’s rebounds stalled, about 2% above, and support is the 100 day average at $2,359, about 3% below, where a close would hand back half the day’s gain.

The rise followed three firsts in Mumbai from the zone that Gnosis, Zisk and the Ethereum Foundation started in April. They were the single step trade, a Safe wallet owner change on both layers, and a post quantum signature checked for about 91% less gas.

However, reaching $2,497 needs about $7 billion more flowing into a $295 billion coin, and a $1,000 holder gets the same 2% as a fund.

For buyers, the ethereum news makes ETH easier to move between chains, while its largest gains went to buyers years ago. Moving coins between chains at no cost is the same promise at its first stage, and it is what Pepeto’s bridge is being built to deliver.

Why Buyers Put $11 Million Into Pepeto Before Its Bridge Opens

Buyers have put more than $11.2 million into Pepeto because its team is building the everyday version of what Devcon showed. The risk that never changes is the one a trader takes each time he sends coins across chains.

Other bridges charge $15 to $50 a transfer, and a failed one can lock funds for good. Pepeto’s bridge locks tokens in an audited contract on one chain and mints them on the next once the proof checks out.

It links five chains in less than a minute, with no fee beyond gas. A failed transfer returns the coins on its own, so a trader making 38 transfers a year keeps $570 to $1,900.

The team is also building PepetoSwap, with a 0.00% swap fee, plus an advanced AI scanner. Community members and big investors get private testing access, the man who cofounded Pepe in 2023 leads the project, and SolidProof audited the code.

That money came in a weak market. A token costs $0.0000001905, staking pays 160% APY claimable at listing, and each stage sells higher.

ETH opened 2016 near 93 cents after losing two thirds of its value in 2015, then reached $4,953.73 in August 2025, and that gain went to holders who stayed through the doubt. Pepeto pairs the meme coin crowd with tools, a fixed 420 trillion supply and an approaching Binance listing.

Conclusion

Devcon made ETH easier to move, and the market added a single digit gain to a $295 billion coin, so attention keeps turning to earlier coins. Pepeto’s presale is a tiny fraction of that size, so its price moves further on the same money.

The ethereum news rewards current ETH holders. For a buyer who wants a coin before its biggest gain, Pepeto is at that stage today, with a $0 bridge behind it.

Pepe started trading in April 2023 without a single product, and wallets that bought in its first weeks turned small sums into fortunes. Pepeto’s buyers keep paying more at every stage for the reason those wallets bought, and they are acting before the crowd confirms it.
