Sourceless Inc. Signals Potential NASDAQ Listing in 2026

Sourceless Inc., a Delaware-based Web3 and artificial intelligence infrastructure company, said it is preparing for a potential listing on the NASDAQ Global Market by the end of August 2026, following a new internal valuation exceeding $13 billion. The company said the listing has not been finalized, and that its regulatory posture, compliance alignment and ongoing institutional reviews are the basis for its stated positioning ahead of a possible public market debut. The announcement concerns a prospective event rather than a completed one. Sourceless described the August 2026 date as an anticipated window, not a scheduled listing, and characterized the $13 billion figure as an internal valuation rather than a market-tested price. Sourceless said the rule was approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in July 2026 and is currently under a temporary stay. The company described the resulting environment as a stricter one for new issuers, with greater emphasis placed on stability and investor protection than in previous listing cycles. The MVLS threshold governs continued eligibility rather than initial admission, and it is one of several standards an issuer must satisfy on the Global Market tier. Sourceless said that despite the heightened requirements, its multibillion-dollar internal valuation places it well above the $5 million threshold, a gap the company said reinforces confidence in its readiness for that tier. The company did not state that any regulator, exchange or agency has reviewed, endorsed or approved its valuation, its listing plans or its compliance position.
