NEWS OCT (78)

Binance watchers hunting the next new coin had little to trade this week. The exchange has added no spot coin since PREDICT on October 29, while it repairs the damage from that day’s hack. On November 3 a rival moved a price instead: Coinbase put CARDS on its roadmap of coins to add, and the token jumped more than 21%. That leaves anyone waiting on a binance new listing asking where the next jump will come from.

The headlines go to coins that win an exchange slot, but the bigger gain comes one step before that. Pepeto sits in that step now, a presale building a fee free exchange.

Binance New Listing: None Since October 29 as CARDS Jumps 21%

The most recent new coin on Binance spot is PREDICT, which opened for trading on October 30, with none added in the six days since. The exchange spent the week on recovery, and on November 2 it warned users that scammers may sell fake priority access while withdrawals reopen.

Still, the Coinbase note showed what an exchange slot does to a price, sending CARDS up more than 21% within hours, per TokenPost. CARDS runs Collector Crypt, which turns graded trading cards into tokens on Solana and reported $433.5 million in pack openings in the third quarter.

However, most of that jump was gone by the close, which settled about 4.4% higher. The full 21% went to holders who owned CARDS before Coinbase said a word, and the 21% was the same for a $50 holder and a $50,000 one.

This leaves the same pattern behind every binance new listing: the price moves on the notice, so the gain belongs to wallets holding the coin before it, the stage Pepeto’s presale sits at now.

Big Buyers Fund Pepeto’s 0% Fee Exchange Before Its Binance Debut

While Binance’s board stays quiet, big buyers have put more than $11.2 million into Pepeto ahead of its Binance debut. A Pepe cofounder heads the project, and the team is putting together PepetoSwap, a trading venue with a 0% swap fee.

Every swap on the big onchain exchanges carries a cut, 0.30% on Uniswap and 0.25% on PancakeSwap. A trader swapping $1,500 a day pays about $1,640 a year on Uniswap and about $1,370 on PancakeSwap. On PepetoSwap he pays only network gas, with market, limit and DCA orders and a private relay against front running. Only community members and big investors have testing access so far, given privately.

Each of those swaps uses the Pepeto token, and only 420 trillion will ever exist. So every trader who returns to keep his fees adds demand to a token count that never grows. SolidProof has checked the contract, and the developers include someone who was a Binance expert.

The token sells at $0.0000001905 in the current stage. Each stage ends when its timer runs out or its target fills, and the next one costs more, while stakers claim their rewards when trading opens.

In March 2024, two days after BOME launched, Binance said on March 16 that it would add the coin. BOME climbed almost 300% that day as its market value passed about $996 million, a rise taken by wallets that held it before the notice.

Conclusion

The CARDS jump faded within a day, yet the pattern behind it keeps repeating, since an exchange notice moves the price of coins people already own. When Binance returns to adding coins, its notices will reward the wallets in place first.

For anyone tracking a binance new listing, Pepeto is the coin to own before its own Binance debut. It is building a swap venue that charges nothing and has more than $11.2 million of backing.

Today’s stage price will not be offered next week, because each stage closes and the next one costs more. Every early buyer in
