Neopool confirms that on July 29, 2026, elements of its infrastructure were affected by an attack.
As a result of the attack, threat actors gained access to and control over the corporate domain neopool.com and its associated @neopool.com email service, as well as critical infrastructure facilities.
Upon detecting the incident, Neopool immediately initiated its incident response procedures. The company is currently conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances of the incident and taking measures to minimize any potential impact. Law enforcement authorities have also been engaged in the investigation of the incident, providing assistance and taking all necessary measures to identify and hold the individuals responsible for the attack.
Neopool confirms that user funds remain fully secure, and control over assets is maintained.
Due to the compromise of the corporate domain and email services, Neopool is moving all external communications to a single official communication channel on Telegram: @neopool_support.
Until recovery procedures are completed, Neopool asks users, partners, and media to consider any messages originating from @neopool.com addresses as untrusted and to use the official communication channel only.
Until the incident is fully investigated, Neopool strongly recommends users transfer their full hashrate to an alternative mining pool.
As new information is verified and confirmed, Neopool will provide further updates through its official communication channels.
