PUNKVISM, a Web3 company known for building real-world asset (RWA) models around culture, sports, and intellectual property, is introducing another ambitious project. This time, the company is not presenting a simple digital asset. Instead, PUNKVISM is building an RWA-based ambassador model designed to connect an athlete’s image rights, personal story, and future brand value with global fan participation through blockchain infrastructure.

The athlete at the center of the project is Welberlieskott de Halim Jardim, widely known as Welber Jardim. A rising Indonesian football talent currently playing in the São Paulo FC system in Brazil, Welber is an Indonesian youth international who has represented Indonesia at the U-17 level and carries a story that crosses two continents and three countries. His father, a former Brazilian professional footballer, once played in Korea for Pohang Steelers, while his Indonesian mother gave Welber deep roots in Southeast Asia. Born from this cross-cultural background, Welber has emerged as one of Indonesia’s most promising young football names.

Welber’s development as a player was shaped significantly by his father’s discipline and training philosophy. Just as Son Woong-jung, the father of Son Heung-min, prepared his son for the global stage through years of repeated fundamentals, Welber’s father also reportedly began training him from the age of four, including tire-dragging drills designed to build strength, endurance, and discipline. This demanding but consistent approach helped shape Welber into a player capable of representing Indonesia at youth level and continuing his development in Brazil’s competitive football environment.

PUNKVISM’s interest in Welber is not based solely on his football ability. His personal narrative, multicultural identity, and symbolic connection between Asia and South America align closely with the global ecosystem PUNKVISM aims to build. In particular, this partnership also serves as a signal of PUNKVISM’s full-scale entry into the Indonesian market, where the company has established a local subsidiary. For PUNKVISM, Welber is more than a collaboration partner; he serves as a cultural bridge connecting the company with Indonesia’s large and passionate fan market.

The agreement was officially signed through a contract ceremony held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Representing PUNKVISM, Chun Choi, CSO of PUNKVISM, personally visited Indonesia to attend the ceremony, underscoring the importance of the partnership. Rather than a simple exchange of documents, the ceremony served as an in-person confirmation of mutual trust and demonstrated that the collaboration is designed as a long-term structure rather than a short-term promotional event.

Through this partnership, PUNKVISM is introducing an RWA ambassador membership model. The core structure is designed to convert Welber’s image rights and digital IP into an RWA-linked membership that can be supported and expanded by ambassador participants around the world. Participants will be able to hold memberships based on Welber’s digital IP while also carrying out marketing missions within the platform and receiving marketing service fees based on their activities. According to PUNKVISM, the revenue structure is designed around a clear 70:30 split between Welber and PUNKVISM. The company also states that its patent-pending Safeguard System will provide a dual fund-control structure involving both Indonesian and Korean custodial partners. PUNKVISM further stated that it has obtained legal opinions from major law firms in Korea and overseas indicating that the model does not constitute an investment contract security.

Ambassador membership buyers will also receive physical benefits depending on their membership tier. These may include tier-based Welber TCG cards, uniforms, art toys, photo cards, and other official goods featuring Welber’s handwritten signature. The TCG cards will be structured by rarity, allowing them to function not only as merchandise but also as physical collectibles with potential long-term value. Through this structure, membership participation creates a tangible connection between Welber and his supporters.

Beyond the membership itself, PUNKVISM is also designing real fan engagement experiences that allow ambassador participants to connect more directly with Welber. Participants will not simply hold a membership; they will also be able to send support messages to Welber through the platform or deliver physical gifts through designated channels. In this way, blockchain infrastructure becomes a bridge that narrows the physical and emotional distance between fans and the athlete they support.

Hyunki Hwang, CEO of PUNKVISM, has consistently emphasized the philosophy behind this model: building a peer-to-peer ecosystem where athletes and fans can connect more directly, rather than relying entirely on large platforms and intermediaries. The goal is to create an economic structure in which effort, visibility, and value creation can be rewarded more fairly. Welber’s childhood story of discipline and tire-dragging training is no longer framed only as the journey of one athlete, but as a narrative that global ambassador participants can support, amplify, and share in.

“Welber is an athlete who embodies the stories of Brazil, Indonesia, and Korea,” said Chun Choi, CSO of PUNKVISM, who attended the contract ceremony in person. “We were convinced that there could be no better partner for the borderless ecosystem PUNKVISM is building.”

The project is currently targeting a launch in July 2026. PUNKVISM has built its track record through a series of Web3 and RWA-related initiatives, including the nationwide sellout of the Fierce Haechi Arcade project, consecutive global IDO sellouts, listings and debuts on global exchanges including MEXC and KuCoin, and Forbes content highlighting emerging technology leaders in the Web3 and RWA sectors. The company views its deeper entry into Indonesia as a decisive step in expanding its flywheel across Southeast Asia.

With Brazilian blood from his father, Indonesian roots from his mother, and a family story that also connects to Korea, Welber now stands on the pitch of one of Brazil’s most recognized football institutions. In Seoul, PUNKVISM is preparing to bring that story onto blockchain infrastructure – not as a speculative asset, but as a new model for connecting athletes, fans, image rights, and real-world value.
