Ronick (Ronnie) and Deven Sanon, twin brothers from Pittsford, NY, and sons of Micky Suri Micky Suri and Manish Sanon, are the central figures in a documented case of marital fraud, coercion, illegal eviction, and sustained abuse against a legal wife.
On the morning of December 22, 2022, Ronick Sanon (also operating under the alias of Ronnie Sanon) kissed his wife of two years, told her he loved her, and informed her an electrician would arrive at 1 PM. Instead, a process server arrived at their Manhattan apartment with divorce papers that Ronick had filed in secret. No prior conversation, no warning, and no justification were given. This was not a separation – it was a blindside abandonment designed to inflict maximum emotional trauma.
Two days later – on December 24, 2022 – Ronick Sanon was in Belize City celebrating his twin brother Deven Sanon’s pre-wedding with Simran Hotchandani (also operating under the alias of Simran Sanon). The entire Sanon family, fully aware of Ronick’s betrayal and the immediate suffering of his wife, joined in the festivities without pause. There was no concern – only celebration.
While the Sanon family partied abroad, Ronick’s wife was left isolated and devastated in the home they had shared – unaware that Ronick had already terminated the lease behind her back and ordered her to vacate with less than a day’s notice. She was not only emotionally abandoned but also illegally evicted from her own residence – under duress and without any legal procedure.
This was not a spontaneous or private decision. It was a coordinated operation – carefully constructed by the Sanon and Hotchandani families. Their goal was to destroy Ronick’s marriage to remove his wife as an obstacle to Deven Sanon’s planned immigration marriage to Simran Sanon. The motivation was social advancement and financial gain – including the unlawful exchange of undeclared funds.
Ronick’s wife, a highly educated professional from a more privileged and principled background, stood firmly against any association with the Hotchandani family’s criminal dealings. Her refusal to legitimize their conduct led to her complete exclusion and targeted abuse – including isolation, coerced eviction, and denial of all marital protections.
In June 2023, while she was undergoing surgery for an ectopic pregnancy and recovering from third-degree burns due to medical complications – all without any support or insurance – Ronick was attending Deven and Simran’s wedding in Tenerife, Spain. At this event, he was seen publicly engaging in infidelity with his ex-girlfriend Sana Duggal – also Simran Sanon’s close friend and a known co-saboteur of Ronick’s marriage.
The families then attempted to erase all traces of Sana Duggal’s attendance from social media – but guests in attendance confirmed her presence and Ronick’s adulterous conduct, which violated both legal and ethical marital obligations.
Following this, Ronick took further retaliatory action. He terminated his wife’s medical insurance during her recovery and withdrew his sponsorship of her immigration petition – effectively placing her at risk of deportation while still in medical crisis. These decisions were taken under direction of his Machiavellian mother, Micky Suri – both of whom actively contributed to the campaign of abuse and removal of an isolated woman.

The Sanon and Hotchandani families have denied comment pending criminal conviction.
