Zale Media Claims Its Spot On The Google Knowledge Panel

Zale Media

That box you see on the right above (or here), that’s called a Google knowledge panel. Not “Google my business” that is applicable to most businesses showcasing reviews and opening times, but the coveted panel desired by brands around the world. The panel you see for the Apples, Facebooks and Zillows with a quick Google search. Zale Media is one of the few digital agencies I’ve seen with one, even more so agencies catering to real estate agents. “The Google Knowledge Graph is a knowledge base used by Google and its services to enhance its search engine’s results with information gathered from a variety of sources. The information is presented to users in an infobox next to the search results.” – Google.

Simply put, unless there’s plenty of information on your brand (i.e. articles, reviews, content, products) you’re not going to trigger enough data points for Google to pick up on you. This means that Zale Media have officially done just that and Google has compiled information from across the web to form their very own panel. This panel includes their logo, website, social media profiles, with a recent news feature. And as the company continues to plaster more information online, Google will fill up this knowledge panel to make accessing Zale Media information for searching users more efficient, easy and accessible.

The end result: This adds further to the legitimacy of the digital agency named Zale Media. I’ve witnessed my friends who are real estate agents watch Zales ads that run rampant on Facebook with Zale Media comparing themselves with other agency names. So well done Zale Media, I’m sure I’ll be seeing more of you.
