Unity Communications Ranks No. 74 on Inc.’s List of Fastest-Growing Southwest Private Companies

Inc. Magazine recognizes Unity Communications among the top Southwestern private companies for the third consecutive year with a two-year growth of 154%.

GILBERT, Arizona, February 27 – Unity Communications was awarded the No. 74 spot on Inc. Magazine’s fourth annual Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the Southwest.

A subsegment of the annual Inc. 5000, this regional list highlights the most successful among the Southwest economy’s most dynamic segment—independent small businesses. The organization released its regional lists on the Inc.com website at 7:00 a.m. ET. The results will also appear in the March issue of Inc. Magazine, available starting March 5, 2024.

Unity Communications secured a position on this premier list for the third consecutive year, signifying its remarkable progress and contribution to the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. The service provider enjoyed impressive growth, expanding at 154% and exceeding the region’s median of 135%. It surpassed its previous placement (No. 97) by leaps and bounds.

Unity’s Steady Rise to BPO Excellence

Achieving growth of this magnitude is no easy feat, and Unity Communications owes its success to the hard work of its dedicated leaders and employees.

“Our team works hard to keep moving forward, but we never forget to temper our ambition with strong values, and that’s what makes us good at what we do,” said Unity Communications founder and CEO Patrick Brown. “We have a well-oiled machine, built with the latest tools available in the industry and powered by hardworking and talented people who do their best to redefine customer service.”

Other testaments to the provider’s excellent service include placing No. 1,743 in the 2023 Inc. 5000 and winning the Telarus President’s Club award for exceeding the 2023 quota by about 20%. The company also retains its position as one of Clutch’s awardees, placing on the Clutch 1000, Fall 2023 Global Awards, and Clutch Champions lists.

BPO aggregator and marketplace Outsource Accelerator also recognized Unity Communications’ achievements as a rising industry leader. The service provider ranked No. 1 in the list of top BPO companies in Costa Rica and No. 25 in the U.S. Unity Communications is also highlighted in the Time Doctor OA500, ranking No. 293 out of 500 companies.

Aiming for Greater Heights in the Industry

The company took a massive step toward solidifying its place as an upcoming industry leader in mid-June 2023 when it opened its second Philippine office at the Harton Corporate Center in Aseana City, Parañaque.

Mr. Brown mentioned the efforts of his staff during his opening remarks, saying, “The expansion here [Parañaque] is physical proof of the hard work that the Unity team members are doing, and we are receiving rewards from our clients.” Operating in a larger and more accessible location opens new doors for the company. Plans are already in place to broaden its services and eventually offer a full suite of digital marketing and back-office functions.

Mr. Brown adds, “The goodwill is growing as long as we stay true to our course. Our values of kindness, empathy, honesty, trust, respect, accountability, commitment, and discipline have been our guide to success, and I hope that we continue to earn the trust of all stakeholders today.”

To keep up with the increased demand for its services, Unity leadership has reinforced its company structure. Diana McCulloch was promoted to Chief Experience Officer (CXO) in early April 2023, reaffirming Unity’s commitment to providing first-class services to its clients.
