Under the Direction of CEO Chad Richison, Paycom Recognized for Best Career Growth and Best Leadership Teams by Comparably

In today’s competitive market, a company’s culture is absolutely vital to attracting, recruiting and retaining talent.

According to a Microsoft survey, employees will feel more connection and loyalty to their company when they feel supported, respected and empowered.

  • 76% of employees say they’d stay at their company longer if they could benefit more from learning and development support.
  • 56% of employees and 68% of business decision makers say there are not enough growth opportunities in their company to make them want to stay long term.
  • 85% of workers list authenticity as the #1 quality a manager can have in supporting them to do their best work.
  • 83% of business decision makers say it’s important for their senior leadership to show up authentically.

These statistics highlight the importance of cultivating such a workplace culture for both employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Recently, Comparably, a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform with millions of employee ratings placed Paycom on two of their renowned lists – Best Career Growth 2024, for the third year in a row, and Best Leadership Teams 2024.

“Continuous learning, career development and leadership training are key elements of our culture at Paycom,” said Jennifer Kraszewski, chief human resources officer at Paycom. “In addition, our leadership team develops and guides tomorrow’s leaders, who are vital for creating the new, innovative ideas and concepts that propel our organization forward.”

Earlier this year, Paycom was named to Comparably’s Best Sales Teams list for the third consecutive year, as well as the Best Company Outlook list for the second consecutive year.

Regarding these distinctions, Paycom Founder, CEO, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chad Richison said, “These awards are a testament to the growth opportunities we create for our people. This is achievable because we remain highly focused across our organization on providing world-class service, solution automation and helping clients realize ROI with Paycom. ”

Paycom, which is hiring for many nationwide positions across its growing workforce, received these awards for its active promotion of diversity, inclusion and belonging among employees. Offering a robust DEI program, including training for all employees through its own “Paycom Learning” software, Paycom hosts DEI speakers and thought leaders across numerous industries, such as arts, tech and more. Its Talent Acquisition Campus Recruitment and DEI Strategy Team also participated in nearly 50 DEI recruitment events throughout 2023, to reach a wider pool of diverse candidates.

Paycom also provides comprehensive benefits to its employees. For example:

  • $1-per-pay-period health care
  • free access to Paycom’s fitness centers
  • acres of green space at its Oklahoma headquarters and Texas Operations Center
  • catered lunches
  • well-being advisors and more.

What Are the Comparably Awards?

The Comparably awards are based on sentiment feedback from current employees who anonymously rate their employers on Comparably’s website during a 12-month period.

The Best Career Growth honor is assessed using employee perceptions of professional development opportunities, such as meaningful career advancement, mentorship, challenging work and frequency of valuable insights from managers. The Best Leadership Teams list is determined by employee evaluations concerning their CEO, leadership cohorts and direct managers.
