According to Statista and Allied Market Research, the global digital services market reached $2.2 trillion in 2024 and is projected to grow to $10.9 trillion by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 22%. Meanwhile, the augmented reality (AR) market is estimated at $93.67 billion and is expected to surpass $1.7 trillion over the next decade, growing at an astonishing CAGR of 43%. These impressive figures reflect not only industry expansion but also a rising demand for innovative approaches, strategies, and business transformation experts. Among the next-generation leaders driving this shift is Oleksandr Strozhemin—an entrepreneur, innovator, CEO and co-founder of Trinetix, a company that helps some of the world’s largest brands implement cutting-edge digital technologies.
Oleksandr Strozhemin heads Trinetix. He serves on juries for prestigious international awards, including the European Business and Finance Awards, Globee Business Awards, and International Business Stevie Awards. His accolades include CEO of the Year (European Business and Finance Awards 2023) and Best CEO in Digital Innovation Global (International Business Magazine Award 2025). Under his leadership, Trinetix delivers projects across strategic consulting, user experience design, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, automation, and blockchain. The company has completed over 2,000 projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, Ray-Ban, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, ExxonMobil, Nivea, Nestlé, and McDonald’s.
Oleksandr’s career began with the founding of Plantation Studio, a company focused on game design, sound, and video production. This early venture allowed him to develop a deep understanding of user perception, cultural nuance, and the importance of detail in delivering high-quality digital experiences. So this experience proved to be extremely valuable.
After the global financial crisis, he reevaluated his strategy and, together with partner Andrey Ivanov, launched Trinetix in 2011—initially focused on mobile solutions and AR platforms. Thanks to innovative thinking and a client-centered approach, Trinetix quickly caught the attention of global brands.
One breakthrough area was AR projects for indoor & outdoor advertising. Several dozen large-scale campaigns created for Fortune 100 clients like Coca-Cola and Unilever transformed traditional advertising media into interactive, immersive experiences.
In 2012, Trinetix reached a new milestone when it competed for a tender from a major Big Four consulting firm. Instead of the traditional focus on technical implementation, Strozhemin proposed an inverted model—starting with a design-driven approach to product development within which user scenarios, followed by architecture and engineering. This approach became an industry best practice and earned rinetix not just a contract but the status of a key technology partner.
In 2017, Trinetix met the Big Four client’s need in advancing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Under Strozhemin’s guidance, over 300 business processes have been automated, ranging from auditing and taxation to HR request handling and payroll. The overall impact of these initiatives freed more than 5 million man-hours. The automation delivered by Trinetix became more than a mere task replication but a strategic tool for enhancing efficiency and quality, redefining the role of humans in routine workflows, and making Trinetix’s Big Four customer an RPA pioneer in their industry.
This approach is transforming the industry because automation is no longer just “a robot clicking buttons instead of a human.” For example, tasks like manually reviewing tax documents used to take hours — now, the system handles them in minutes and with zero errors. Or take HR departments: they used to spend time processing repetitive requests like issuing certificates or managing leave requests. Today, these are handled automatically, without human involvement.
As a result, employees no longer waste time on routine tasks and can focus on work that requires thinking, creativity, and decision-making. It’s not just about speeding up processes — it’s about redefining the role of people in business and changing how organizations operate at their core.
Another major achievement is the development of a global AI platform for audit management. The platform unites up to 100 distributed teams, enabling synchronous work in a unified digital environment—from data collection and analysis to report generation and risk assessment. This innovation has allowed Big Four firms to elevate both the quality and speed of their audit operations.
Beyond his leadership duties, Oleksandr is a prolific thought leader and author. His work has been featured in international journals, covering topics such as the challenges of scaling startups in “Technological Entrepreneurship,” the importance of focusing on outcomes rather than technology in “Rethinking Business Value,” and strategies for building agile business models in “How to Build a Business That Adapts Faster Than Market Changes,” among others.
Oleksandr is also a member of the Forbes Business Council, where he regularly shares expert insights on leadership, innovation management, and strategic negotiations.
Today, Oleksandr Strozhemin continues to steer Trinetix toward global expansion, focusing on artificial intelligence, blockchain, and intelligent automation. His blend of technological vision, ethics, and user-centric focus positions him not only as a successful and outstanding CEO but also as a key driver shaping the future of digital business.
