TechBullion offers a suite of free online tools, including financial calculators, business and marketing calculators, a currency converter, and website and search checkers (together, “TechBullion Tools” or “the Tools”). Your use of the Tools is subject to these Terms and to the following additional conditions.
4.1 Informational purposes only
The Tools produce estimates based on the figures you enter and on simplified, generalised models. They do not take account of your personal circumstances, tax position, fees, terms offered by any particular provider, or changes in law or market conditions. Results are provided for general information and illustration only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice, nor an offer or recommendation of any product or service.
You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial or business decision. TechBullion accepts no liability for any decision made or action taken in reliance on a result produced by the Tools.
4.2 Accuracy of results
TechBullion takes reasonable care in building and maintaining the Tools, but does not warrant that any result is accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose. Results depend on the accuracy of the figures you enter. Rounding, differing calculation conventions and provider-specific terms mean that actual figures quoted to you by a lender, broker, exchange or other provider may differ from those shown.
4.3 Currency converter and third-party data
Exchange rates shown in the currency converter are indicative mid-market rates compiled from published central-bank and interbank sources by a third-party data provider. They are refreshed periodically and may not reflect the rate available to you at any given moment. Banks, card issuers, exchanges and money-transfer services apply their own margins and fees, and the amount you receive in a real transaction will usually differ from the converted figure shown.
Where you enter your own exchange rate, the result reflects that figure and is not a live rate. Exchange rate data is supplied by Exchange Rate API (open.er-api.com), with European Central Bank reference rates (via frankfurter.app) used as a fallback. TechBullion does not control and is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
4.4 Website and search checkers
The website, SEO, security, speed, redirect, link and AI-readiness checkers retrieve and analyse publicly available information about the web address you enter. By using them you confirm that you are entitled to run such checks on that address. The checkers do not test for malware, do not query blacklists, and are not a substitute for a professional security audit. Results are a point-in-time observation of publicly visible signals and carry no warranty as to a website’s safety, performance, ranking or search visibility.
You must not use the checkers to probe, test or interfere with any system without authority, or in any way that breaches applicable law.
4.5 Data you enter and data stored in your browser
Figures you enter into the calculators are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to TechBullion unless you choose to email a result to yourself or to share a result link. Saved scenarios, currency preferences and similar settings are stored locally in your browser and can be cleared at any time. Where you choose to email a result, your email address is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Web addresses entered into the checkers are sent to TechBullion’s servers in order to perform the check and may be logged for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
4.6 Embedding and sharing
TechBullion may make selected Tools available for embedding on third-party websites through the embed codes it provides. You may embed a Tool only using those codes, without alteration, and provided the “Powered by TechBullion” attribution remains visible and linked. TechBullion may change, restrict or withdraw embedding at any time. Result links and result cards you generate may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4.7 Fair use and availability
The Tools are provided free of charge and subject to reasonable use. TechBullion may apply rate limits, and may suspend, modify or withdraw any Tool at any time without notice. TechBullion does not guarantee that the Tools will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
