During this period, he also served as a Judge for the Multi-Agent Systems Hackathon, evaluating developer teams whose workloads required tight orchestration across agents operating in parallel. The challenges those teams faced mirrored the challenges he observed in real-world environments: scaling broke when infrastructure failed to support the complexity of the system. “It becomes obvious once you have seen it enough times,” he says. “The infrastructure layer decides which ideas survive.”
