Consumer electronics maker Baseus has launched the new N1 Outdoor 2K Security Camera 2-Cam Kit to improve home protection. Its key selling points are its long battery life, simple installation, and high-resolution recording—all for an attractive price of $199.99.
The camera kit resolves the issues of battery life and recording storage. It includes 16GB of built-in eMMC local storage, capable of keeping up to three months of footage. This can be expanded with a separately purchased 16TB external hard drive. Its 7,800mAh rechargeable battery supports 210 days of surveillance on a single charge.
Installation of the Baseus N1 is straightforward due to its wire-free design. The process really doesn’t go much deeper than mounting the camera in a desired location and setting up the home station.
The Baseus N1 comes with two cameras and a home station. The cameras sport 2K resolution with a 145° field of coverage for high resolution recording and wide area coverage. Advanced image correction technology minimizes fisheye distortion, providing a comprehensive and detailed view of the property. The cameras feature 8x zoom to home in on far away objects, such as car license plates.
The Baseus N1 complements its full-color night vision capability with a 100-lumen spotlight to maintain its performance in low-light conditions.
