With a successful venture in cryptocurrency, Khan acquired ownership of B-Love Kandy (formerly known as Kandy Falcons (2022), Kandy Warriors (2021), and Kandy Tuskers (2020)) in 2023, a Sri Lankan professional Twenty20 cricket team that participates in the Lanka Premier League (LPL).
Under the ownership of Khan, B-Love Kandy won the Lanka Premier League (LPL) in 2023. This was the first victory for the franchise in the history of the Lanka Premier League since its inception in 2020. B-Love Kandy’s victory played a major role in promoting blockchain technology in Sri Lanka.
