Telegram intuitive media browsing

Telegram is a messaging app with a focus on speed and security. You can use Telegram on all your devices at the same time — your messages sync seamlessly across any number of your phones, tablets, or computers.

Look through your shared media library as easily as your camera roll

You can now look through your shared media library as easily as you’d look through your camera roll! Swipe between photos and GIFs, view videos and even view web pages. That’s right—you can share anything with Telegram(中文电报下载): not just photos or videos, but any content that you’re looking at on the web.

The updated camera makes it easier to take great photos, too. The new algorithm for auto-focus and exposure works better in low light conditions, which means that your shots will look less blurry and more detailed than ever before.

When choosing an emoji or sticker

When choosing an emoji or sticker, we now show a big preview of the first one in the panel right in the composition box. This makes it easier to see which sticker you want to use.

To find and send an emoji:

-Tap on the emoji icon to open our new Emoji Keyboard with tons of emojis and stickers!

-Tap on the smiley face icon to see all the emojis and stickers.

-Use the search bar at the top of the keyboard to find an emoji or sticker.

When viewing an image within a chat or channel

When viewing an image within a chat or channel, you can now see all other media from the same chat in a swipeable grid, both for shared photos and GIFs. Swipe right to see more photos or GIFs and swipe left to view videos. If you’re viewing a GIF, swiping up will show all other GIFs that were shared in the same conversation!

– We’ve added a new “Home” tab to give you a quick way to access your chats, groups, and channels. This is also where you can find upcoming events and group stories!

View a web page within a chat

Now, you can view web pages within Telegram.

-Open the context menu and choose “View on the web.” You will be prompted if you want to view the website in a new tab or a separate window.

-When viewing web pages in Telegram(TG中文版), you might have to use your finger to scroll down the page; otherwise, Telegram will automatically zoom out on mobile devices. This feature is disabled by default but can be enabled under Settings > Privacy & Security > Scrolling with two fingers.

Once you have enabled scrolling with two fingers, you can scroll down a web page by holding your finger on the screen and moving it up or down. You can also use two fingers to swipe left or right to navigate through pages.

Use the new Shuffle mode to browse shared media randomly

You can also use the same gesture to switch between shuffle and grid. Shuffle is great for when you want to browse through all of your shared content randomly, while the grid is good when you’ve got a specific topic in mind and want to see photos or articles related to it.

To change the size of tiles shown in Grid view, just pull down on the screen with two fingers at once.

This will bring up a menu where you can change the tile size to large or small. The large tiles show more content and are perfect for when you’re browsing through photos, while small tiles let you see more of each page at once and are great for reading articles.

With these updates, browsing photos and links in Telegram is more fun than ever!

Your Telegram is about to get more intuitive and fun:

You can now browse photos and links shared by your conversations in a grid view.

There are also two new ways to view shared media: swipeable grids (like Instagram Stories) and instant slideshows with automatic play/pause.
