Sourceless Inc. Signals Potential NASDAQ Listing in 2026

Sourceless Inc., a Delaware-based Web3 and artificial intelligence infrastructure company, said it is preparing for a potential listing on the NASDAQ Global Market by the end of August 2026, following a new internal valuation exceeding $13 billion. The company said the listing has not been finalized, and that its regulatory posture, compliance alignment and ongoing institutional reviews are the basis for its stated positioning ahead of a possible public market debut. The MVLS threshold governs continued eligibility rather than initial admission, and it is one of several standards an issuer must satisfy on the Global Market tier. Sourceless said that despite the heightened requirements, its multibillion-dollar internal valuation places it well above the $5 million threshold, a gap the company said reinforces confidence in its readiness for that tier.
