Real Estate Investor, Adam Lopate Is Taking Over

Adam Lopate is a self-made full-time real estate investor, educator, and entrepreneur based out of Philadelphia. He started five years ago on his journey into being where he is today when he was working a traditional 9-5 at Morgan Stanley. It was there for him that this was not the life he wanted to live. After working 60 hours he would find himself looking up real estate with any free time he had. He would stay up late nights and stay in on the weekends educating himself on real estate.

After months of this work, he took the leap of faith and quit his full-time job to jump into the real estate business. There was no guaranteed paycheck and he worked solely off commission which made this jump a risky one. He now is a full-time real estate investor with five years in the business and over one hundred houses bought and sold. Adam Lopate helps distressed owners by giving them cash for their house, taking homes in all kinds of conditions and situations. He then fixes and sells them for a profit. Adam Lopate’s second hustle is being a real estate educator. He has been able to be an educator to over 65,000 students in the largest real estate discord and community.

Adam Lopate states his job has multiple parts that make it extremely rewarding. One, is that he can look back and see everything he has is what he has built for himself. The long nights, hard work, and weeks of no pay all led him to where he is today, and he values that part of his journey immensely. Knowing he created this all for himself and never gave up is extremely rewarding. Second, is being able to live the life he has always wanted to live. He has the freedom to get up and do what he wants, with each day being completely new and different. Adam Lopate enjoys having the freedom to travel and be where he wants whenever he wants with nothing to hold him back. Lastly, he finds it truly rewarding being able to help people in a situation of need. Whether it is needing to sell their home for medical or financial emergencies or needing to learn more about the industry, Adam Lopate loves being able to be a problem solver and make changes in people’s lives.
