Speaking about her tenure at Millennia Atlantic University, Conde elaborated on her transformative impact. “At MAU, I reconstructed our entire approach—from digital campaigns and CRM integration to on-the-ground recruitment events,” she said. “I created bilingual, culturally relevant narratives that spoke directly to our target audience. By aligning our messaging with values like family, opportunity, and upward mobility, we saw a significant increase in Latin American enrollment and student engagement. Beyond her institutional roles, Conde has also demonstrated her creative flair and her strategic acumen as a freelance brand and graphic designer. In this capacity, she has provided design services for global entities such as PepsiCo, crafting impactful advocacy campaigns.
