Neeraj Kaushik embarked on his professional journey 20 years back with a focus on insurance technology and innovation. His journey from Max Life Insurance, Gurgaon (India) as an Underwriter to becoming a Principal Consultant at Infosys McCamish is marked by determination of making a difference and a thirst for knowledge.
He is a Product Manager for the Infosys® McCamish NGIN platform initiative at Infosys McCamish Systems. He joined Infosys McCamish in 2019, a subsidiary of Infosys BPM specializing in insurance platform and financial services.
Prior to this, Neeraj was part of Big 4 Consulting firms where he led digital transformation programs for the Insurance Industry. He has led strategic consulting and transformation initiatives across the Life, Annuities, and Property & Casualty Insurance space.
He hails from a humble background, and his early life experiences instilled in him a strong work ethic and a drive to excel.
Neeraj’s educational background is impressive, with degrees in computer science and insurance & risk business management. This educational foundation provided him with a solid base of technical and managerial skills that proved invaluable in his career.
