How do I verify the results of the balloting online?
Simply follow the instructions below to verify your file, plot number, and voting results.
- Activate the official Kingdom Valley Islamabad website at www.kingdomvalleyislamabad.pk.
- The FILE VERIFICATION bar can be found on the website’s main dashboard, on the far right side of the page. Click it to open.
- A new window requesting a File application number will appear here.
- Include a current application number from your file in this field. The application file number will be KV123456.
- Then, without using a dash, enter your Computerized National Identity Card Number (CNIC).
- Next, input your mobile number without the leading zero at the third bar, for example: 923000000.
- You will get a code on your sim number when you click the button following these three entries.
- On the webpage, type this code into the designated box and select “CHECK STATUS.”
- You will be provided with all the information regarding your assigned plot, including the Plot Number, Block Number, Street Number, Park facing, and other specifics.
- If you did not receive the balloting results, you can phone the provided number during business hours to inquire about your balloting status with Kingdom Valley Islamabad’s customer service team.
Status of Kingdom Valley NOC
With the exceptional efforts of the society administration, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Kingdom Valley from the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) has been approved under the registration number DRG/PHATA/2176-2021.
Kingdom Valley’s Development Updates
Despite the poor situation of the nation’s economy and rising inflation, construction and developmental work under the intricate masterplan in the Kingdom valley General Block, Executive Block, and Farmhouse Block has been completed.
Main Boulevard is nearing completion of its construction.

In Kingdom Valley Islamabad, you can reserve your preferred plot without physically going to the Society’s office.
Send your (or a close relative’s) two passport-sized photos, copies of your NICs, and the payment slip to Estate Land Marketing official WhatsApp number or email address after making the down payment in the company’s accounts.
You can check the status of your reservation in your online payment plan or ledger on our website.
The plot file will be sent to your door via courier along with all necessary legalized documentation.
