My name is Pierre Pradier, I am the co-founder of New Horizons Global Partners and head of Corporate Strategy. I am French and have been living in China since 2005. I speak Chinese, French, and English. Since coming to China, I have been involved with Business Expansion Consulting, helping companies to set up their operations in China and other Asian countries.

One success story involved an American-based consumer electronics manufacturer that needed to establish a research and development team in China as quickly as possible. We quickly assembled a team and provided the company recruiting, HR, and accounting services. We gave the business office space and technology to support a team of 40 engineers in a few weeks. This quick response gave our client an instant presence in Shenzhen while working to establish permanent PRC company status. With our help, the company was able to build a high-tech team of over 200 members within two years.
In another situation, a real estate development firm wanted to outsource its administrative compliance activities in China fully. We took over the corporate accounting and bookkeeping, hiring/terminating, administrative onboarding, payroll and tax compliance services, and expenses declaration.
