As part of their IceFire Initiative, the company will pay the tuition costs for four students entering college in the coming year, covering the full-time payment for the duration of their studies. The scholarship program will be offered in 2023 and 2024, providing opportunities for 12 students to study English, Web and Graphic design, or online marketing. IceFire also hopes to provide scholarship students with paid work experience in their office.
The IceFire Portfolio aims to bring together the worlds of Eastern talent and Western new business requirements, ensuring fairer payment for designers and marketing talent from Eastern countries, while new young businesses get fairer prices.
