FDM Group joins ServiceNow Workforce Placement Partner Program to connect global businesses with ServiceNow specialists

FDM Group (LSE), a professional services provider with a focus on technology, today announced it has joined the ServiceNow (NYSE) Placement Partner Program, part of the RiseUp with ServiceNow global program designed to skill one million people around the world on the ServiceNow Platform by 2024.

FDM Group trains over 3,000 consultants each year, making them well placed to train and place 100s of specially trained consultants in ServiceNow Application Developer, Application Specialist, Implementation Specialist and System Administrator roles every year.

FDM will offer their consultants official ServiceNow training and certifications across a broad spectrum of courses that cover the entire ServiceNow platform, enabling them to progress as experts in ServiceNow Development, Implementation and Administration

As an official ServiceNow Placement Partner, FDM is committed to placing its consultants within organisations in demand of ServiceNow talent. This partnership will help to grow the ecosystem of ServiceNow specialists globally and support fill the skills gap in the market.

FDM has been working as an Approved ServiceNow Training and Placement Partner as of September 2022, though, they have previously worked together as partners through ServiceNow’s NextGen Professional Program over a several years, part of the Global RiseUp program. The ServiceNow NextGen Professionals Program provides in-depth ServiceNow skills development training and education to participants in partnership with government, youth development organisations, academia, and non-profit and workforce development organisations worldwide.

Catherine Lang, Senior VP Education from ServiceNow said: “Talent is evenly distributed, but opportunity it not,” said Catherine Lang, senior vice president of education at ServiceNow. “This opportunity gap has reached a critical phase for organizations and the world. We are excited that FDM is part of RiseUp with ServiceNow and the partner placement programme to expand the number of specialists in our platform and provide more opportunity for all.”

Andy Brown, Chief Commercial Officer from FDM Group added, “ServiceNow provides an Application Platform as a Service to empower businesses to revolutionise their digital workflows and streamline their services, and to get the most out of the platform, a business needs a skilled workforce.

FDM Group, in partnership with ServiceNow, is introducing net new talent into the marketplace. Skilled in ServiceNow Application Development, Integration, and Administration, with up-front and continuous training and support, FDM consultants are able to customise the out of the box product to fit businesses’ unique ways of working.”
