ETaxBreaks, a leader in the tax credit industry, announces a name change to OnCentive as of January 1, 2022. The change in name, mission, and visual identity comes as a response to accelerated company growth and renewal in its commitment to maximizing client profitability through business incentives and tax credit recovery programs.
ETaxBreaks captured over 1.5 billion in tax, hiring, and other business incentives for their small business clients, many of which were struggling from the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. In spite of its startup status, ETaxBreaks’ leadership brings over 100 years of combined tax incentive experience, as well as a risk-free business model that includes full audit protection; all touchstones that will carry over to the OnCentive brand.
The new branding is rooted in the company’s established core values: integrity, impact, and enthusiasm – three drivers that will continue to distinguish OnCentive within the industry and shape the 30 million dollar startup’s portfolio. Deeping the company’s commitment to these values, OnCentive has committed to donating 1% of Work Opportunity Tax Credit profits to veteran organizations and 1% of Disaster Credit profits to organizations leading relief efforts in the affected communities.
“This rebrand is more than a new logo and a new website,” said OnCentive CEO Shannon Scott. “It represents an organizational shift that is aligned with our corporate goals and values. This updated brand and our new giving initiatives illustrate our commitment to making a meaningful impact in our clients’ businesses, the lives of our employees, and the communities in which we serve.”
The new branding includes a newly launched website, logo, and the opening of a new headquarters in the heart of downtown Birmingham in 2022. The improved website will provide an enhanced experience for clients and partners, providing a valuable resource to understand OnCentive’s business, solutions, culture, and commitment to clients.
