Sylvia has deftly balanced her academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, demonstrating her remarkable organizational skills, discipline, and drive. 
As an entrepreneur and student, Sylvia has had to face several challenges, including time management, financial constraints, and a lack of support. However, she has persevered and overcome these obstacles through her determination, creativity, and resilience. Her success story is an inspiration to many, especially women looking to pursue their dreams while balancing multiple responsibilities.

Adekunle Ayomikun is a graduate of Accounting and Finance from Fountain University, Osogbo, Nigeria. In pursuit of its mission to promote gender equality and empower women in the Web3 space, Beepo has expressed interest in collaborating with women-led organizations.
Recently, on the 4th of April 2023, a report has emerged indicating that Hernovate, a community led by Ms. Ademide Ademola, has expressed a keen interest in partnering with Beepo towards this goal. Hernovate, located in Akure, Ondo State, is housed within the Akure Techhub FUTA, and has pledged to work with Beepo to offer educational opportunities for women in their communities. This educational program is aimed at equipping women with the skills required to excel in the Web3 space, including community management, crypto asset trading, smart contract development, Dapp development, and more.
The collaboration between Beepo and Hernovate is expected to create new opportunities for women in the Web3 space and increase the representation of women-led ventures. This partnership aligns with Beepo’s core values of diversity and inclusivity and is a step towards closing the gender gap in the Web3 industry.
