DailyPay’s Amanda Romeo Recognized By Sales Enablement PRO For “Initiative of the Year” – Onboarding

NEW YORK, Feb. 24, 2021 – Sales Enablement Pro, a leading information source in the sales enablement field, has bestowed DailyPay’s Amanda Romeo with the prestigious recognition of “Initiative of the Year” – Onboarding as part of the annual Sales Enablement PRO Awards.

Romeo, who serves as Manager of Revenue Training for  DailyPay, was selected among hundreds of submissions for her work in effectively and creatively onboarding new team members under unprecedented conditions related to the global health crisis. Despite these challenging times, the DailyPay Sales team doubled in size as businesses nationwide realized the need to offer on-demand pay to their employees. Romeo lived up to the company’s mantra by spearheading a gold standard onboarding process, helping to cultivate a sales team that drove record revenue for the leading fintech company. 

Romeo joined DailyPay in 2020 as Sales Training Manager, and has since expanded her scope across the revenue organization. She previously held a career in Sales & Operations at Indeed.com and prior to joining DailyPay, a Talent Development Specialist at iCIMS.

She currently manages the training and onboarding of all go to market team members. In her role, Amanda strategizes to embed core product knowledge and best practices into the revenue organization to drive business initiatives and revenue growth.

Amanda’s career in human resource technology has allowed her to gain industry expertise as well as personal experience in both sales and operations, proving her to be an experienced trainer who focuses on driving tangible business results. She has created multiple training programs from the ground up that have catalyzed company revenue growth and fostered a culture of learning.
