Correct Use of the Lifting Machines

Here are some types of lifting machines that are in charge of several manufacturing processes. The following are some of the best ways to use them.

1) After checking the condition of the machine, we sit in the driving position and wear the seat belt.

2) Put the forklift engine in front and warm it for a while if it is thermal.

3) We carefully drive until engine has reached normal temperature.

4) Make sure that we have good visibility wherever we move.

5) We do not make abrupt shifts and normally push the clutch to the finish for the changes. In automatic transmissions we notice the change of direction from front to rear and vice versa. (We need to stop the machine before moving the lever.) Proper gear shifting will greatly contribute to the longevity of the gearbox.

6) When we cut the steering wheel to the right or left and it is shut off, we do not put any further pressure on it because this will put pressure on the pump.

7) Ensure we lift weights with the machine which are within the limits set by the lift table manufacturers.

8) When we are finished with work, we make sure to let the engine idle for a while.

9) Position the forks of the machine so that they touch the ground to avoid an accident, e.g. someone tripping over them, etc.

1) Electric forklifts are careful not to expose electric motors to extremely humid or dusty conditions.

2) Be careful about charging battery and when charging  battery is low and not interrupting it if it is not fully charged we will not interrupt it if it is not fully charged. If the use of the machine is not special then charge the battery at least once a week or if you shut it down due to interruptions ensure that the machinery is fully charged. We do not charge equipment near fireplaces or sparks because of the risk of ignition • I do not it leave the battery completely without charge or flat.

3) We check the battery fluid level at least once a week. Fill with distilled water only and as and when needed and never more often.  Always fill with distilled water after charging.

4) In the case of overflow of gaskets, make sure they are immediately cleaned or call a technician.

5) If the battery is overheated during charging, stop charging and call a technician.

1) Place the hoist so that the feet can be easily aligned.

2) If the lift has an external motor and after first checking its condition (oils, fuels, antifreeze ropes) start it and allow it to warm slightly.

3) We set up the machine on the basis of safety measures that include lugs on the wheels, as well as ensuring everything is the correct distance from high voltage cables.

4) During the development and collapse of the stitches, make sure the boom is more than 80 degrees and nowhere to be found.

5) We start work taking care not to exceed the payload specified by the manufacturer.

6) Once we have finished and assembled the machine, allow the engine to run ( or idle) to lower its temperature.

1) After first checking the condition of the engine (oil, fuel, antifreeze – if it is thermal) as well as the condition of the hydraulic systems, the wheels and the steering, we start it.

2) When using electric powered machinery, be careful not to be in areas with too much humidity and dust.

3) We never break down motors and electrical parts.

4) An electric hoist can be used in conjunction with a lifting table to load material as required

5) Beware of charging the battery. When charging the battery is low and not interrupting if it is not fully charged. If using the machine is not special then charge the battery at least once week or in the event of a shutdown due to breakdowns ensure that the machinery is fully charged. We do not charge the equipment near fireplaces or sparks because of the risk of ignition. We do not allow the  battery to ’empty’ or go completely flat.
