Cloudaeon Demonstrates AI Hub at Big Data LDN 2026, Showcasing

At Olympia London, Cloudaeon demonstrated AI Hub live and discussed how enterprises can govern, build and operate AI across their existing Microsoft and Databricks environments.

LONDON, UK, 12 October 2026 – Cloudaeon, an engineering-led Data and AI firm, participated in Big Data LDN 2026 on 23–24 September at Olympia London, Stand C60. The team demonstrated AI Hub, its production control system for enterprise AI and presented its approach to lakehouse build and modernisation across Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.

The Growing Challenge of Governing AI at Scale

Conversations with data and AI leaders at the event highlighted the different stages organisations are in their AI journeys. While some are still strengthening their data foundations or running initial pilots, others are managing multiple AI initiatives. The ones ahead in their AI journey are facing growing challenges around governance, approvals, consistency and production operations.

These conversations reinforced the importance of establishing the right governance foundations early enough, while recognising that the complexity of operating AI increases as adoption grows.

Demonstrating AI Hub in Practice

AI Hub is designed to help enterprises establish a governed and repeatable route from AI pilot to production. It operates within the client’s own tenant across Microsoft and Databricks environments.

The demonstration highlighted four principles:

  • Register Before Build: Establish governance before development begins.
  • Client-Owned: Run AI Hub within the client’s own tenant.
  • End-to-End Lifecycle: Support a consistent approach to building, implementing and operating AI.
  • No Proprietary Lock-In: Avoid dependence on a proprietary platform for the operating model.

Live demonstrations showed how AI actions could be allowed or blocked and where human approval was required. This gave visitors a practical view of how governance controls can work within an AI workflow.

Lakehouse Build and Modernisation

Alongside AI Hub, Cloudaeon presented its approach to lakehouse build and modernisation using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. The discussions covered architecture, migration planning, governance and data quality. This reflected the foundations enterprises need to support reliable analytics and AI workloads.

A Practical Approach to Enterprise AI

“We went to Big Data LDN to put AI Hub in front of the market. We came away with something equally valuable, a clearer view of where organisations are in their AI journey and how the operational challenges evolve as they move from pilot to production. The conversations reinforced our belief that these challenges require strong engineering foundations and practical enterprise experience. That is what we’ve built into AI Hub, a practical, repeatable approach to governing and operating AI as organisations scale.”

– Amol Malpani, CTO, Cloudaeon

The event also gave the team an opportunity to reconnect with industry peers, meet new contacts and gather feedback to inform AI Hub’s continued development.
