Bryant Reid’s HITLANTA® Radio Channel Secures Major Platform for Global Debut

The A&R guru and entertainment architect who helped shape the careers of icons like Jermaine Dupri, Toni Braxton, and OutKast—and famously found a young Usher Raymond, is now building his most ambitious platform. Bryant Reid has secured a powerhouse broadcast partner for The HITLANTA® Channel, a new digital radio network slated for a global launch in Q1 2026.

While the specific partner remains under wraps, industry insiders confirm it is a top-tier broadcaster with a massive, coast-to-coast reach, ensuring the channel will instantly become a major player.

This move echoes Reid’s history of building cultural touchpoints, most notably as the creator and producer of the Turner South television series B-Street Live, where he cast a young Rasheeda Frost, now a star of the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta franchise as host and featured early performances by CeeLo Green.

“This isn’t a streaming playlist; it’s a curated audio experience, a channel in the truest sense,” Reid says. “We’ve built a strategic alliance that allows us to hit the ground running with scale and impact. The HITLANTA® Radio Channel is the culmination of my journey, blending the legacy we built with the next generation of innovators, broadcasting from the heart of Atlanta to the world.”

With its unique format still secret, the channel is already drawing keen interest from major brands looking to align with this authentic piece of the city’s future.
